????You have to try this 2 ingredient Angel Food Cake!! Yes! it's that easy!????
????You won't believe how easy these delicious! Angel Food Cupcakes are! Just 2 Ingredient's! You will be amazed!????
????Angel Food Cupcakes
????Ingredients 1. 1-Box of Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake Mix. 2. 1-1/3cup of water 3. Cupcake pan and liners. (I used a non-stick heart shaped pan and made a cake with the remaining batter that I had but that's optional)
????Directions 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2. Now place your cupcake liners in your cupcake pan. (Set aside) 3. In a lg bowl sift your angel Food Cake Mix. (But it's optional to sift) 4. Once you have your angel Food Cake Mix in your bowl now add your 1-1/3cup of water.( You can add the extra vanilla if you want to but it's optional) 5. Now you are going to start off by beating the mix for 30 seconds on low speed. Then you're going to turn your mixer up to med and you're going to beat your mix for 1 minute. ⭐(DO NOT OVER MIX ANGEL FOOD CAKE IT WILL DEFLATE THE MIXTURE AND YOUR CAKE WILL BE TOUGH)⭐ 5. Now start pouring your mix into your cupcake liners I found it helpful using a teaspoon. ( It is important not to overfill your cupcake liners because these will overflow if you do.) 6. Now put into your oven and bake for 12-20mins. 7. I poured the rest of my angel food cake mix into my non-stick heart pan just to see how it would turn out and it turned out beautiful but you can go ahead and continue to make the rest of it in cupcakes if you prefer.
Enjoy! With whipped cream on top with strawberries and blueberries!????????

Chocolate Raspberry Angel Food Cake Roll | Good Life Recipe
Happy Cooking With Good Life Recipe ENJOY OUR RECIPES.
This recipe is so simple and a crowd pleaser. There is no special equipment needed to make this and you can knock the cake out so quickly in a pinch. I have made this cake in a two layer version, a sheet cake version, and now in these little angel food cake pans. The frosting is not always necessary. I have served it with fresh macerated fruit or whipped cream, or just on it's own. The frosting that I use here is what my mom used to put on her angel food cake. Her cake didn't include the pineapple like this recipe but the frosting was always my favorite. I have made the frosting without draining the pineapple and draining the pineapple. It works both ways. I used to make it all the time while draining the juice from the can and then when I saw the recipe on the side of the pudding box, it said not to drain it so I made it that way this time. I think I prefer it drained but you can decide for yourself.
