How To make Choco Lowfat Muffins
Ingredients

cup
flour, all-purpose
3/4
cup
sugar
1/4
cup
cocoa powder, unsweetened, regular or european style
2
teaspoon
baking powder
1
teaspoon
baking soda
1/2
teaspoon
salt
2/3
cup
vanilla yogurt, nonfat
2/3
cup
milk, skim
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
powdered sugar (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees; line muffin cups with paper baking cups. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in the yogurt, milk and vanilla extract just until combined. Do not beat. Fill the muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly in the pans on wire racks. Remove from the pans. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the tops of the muffins, if desired. Serve warm. Cover and store at room temperature, or freeze in an airtight container for longer storage.

- Calories: 85
- Protein: 7g
- Carb: 12g
- Fat: 1g
I personally eat 3 muffins pre workout, which gives me 20g of Protein and 38g of Carbs!

INGREDIENTS:
1 Egg
50g Eggwhites
50g Skyr
250G Almondmilk
60G Proteinpowder
90G Flour
4g Baking Powder
1TSP Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
REGULAR MUFFINS:
Macros (12-15 Muffins): 2550 Kcal; 300C, 50P, 126F
INGREDIENTS:
50G Yogurt
2 Eggs
100g Sugar
120G Butter
300G Milk
250G Flour
4g Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt

LOW FAT CHOCOLATE MUFFINS!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees! Bake for 30 minutes
2SP EACH!!!
Use cooking spray for ( large )12 muffin tray and if you have extra batter( like I did) add the rest to mini muffin tray... You can use a mini muffin tray for all if you want!!
First.... Mash 3 medium ripe bananas with a potatoe masher ( that's what I like to use!! ). Set aside!
For you dry ingredients:
1 cup of flour ( I use white) 12sp
5 tbs of cocoa or almost 1/2 cup 3sp
1 tbs baking soda
Pinch of salt
Mix together!!!
For the wet ingredients:
1/2 cup of Greek no fat yogurt 2sp ( use whatever kind you like)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 0sp
1 tbs vanilla
1/2 cup of Josephs sugar free syrup ( you csn use Stevia, Truvia, Walden farms no sugar syrup, Swerve)
2/4 cup of egg creations 0sp or (2 eggs 2sp)
ADD THE MASHED BANANA AND MIX!
Add:
2tbs of no sugar chocolate chips 2sp either in the mixture or on top of the muffins!! ( you can add almonds or any nut or seed of you want but add the sp value or pp value)
Fold and incorporate all ingredients together but don't over mix!!!
Add to large or mini sprayed or lined muffin trays!!
Check muffins with a wooden skewer to make sure they are fully cooked!! All ovens are different!
KEEP IN FRIDGE OR FREEZER!!
Once cooled you can sprinkle Swerve icing sugar or add my low fat icing!!
