How To make Drumsticks Diable
8 Drumsticks (about 2 lbs)
1/4 cup Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 Dash pepper
3 tablespoons Margarine
1 pound Tomatoes
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Celery seeds
1 garlic clove
minced
red pepper sauce :
to taste
1. Shake drumsticks in a plastic bag with flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt
and the pepper. 2. Brown in butter or margarine in a large skillet or an electric slow cooker; remove. 3. Stir tomatoes, brown sugar, vinegar, worcestershire, chili powder, dry mustard, celery seeds, garlic and red pepper seasoning into pan drippings; bring to boiling. 4. Combine drumsticks and sauce in slow cooker; cover. 5. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours, or until chicken is tender. Serve with spaghetti. Sweet and spicy.

Learn how to make Chicken Peri Peri with Chef Varun Inamdar. Chicken Peri Peri (or Piri Piri) is an African barbeque chicken recipe introduced in Africa by the Portuguese. It derives it’s name from the Peri Peri sauce.

Ingredients:-
1 kg Chicken
100 ml Extra Virgin olive oil
10 - 13 garlic cloves
5 ripe serrano chillies
10- 12 African devil red chillies
3 Bay leaves
1 tsp smoked paprika
Sea salt as required
1 lemon juice
Parsley
3-4 charcoal chunks
1 tbsp oil
Method:-
The Sauce:-
Take the devil red chillies, serrano chillies, bay leaves, garlic cloves, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, smoked paprika and lemon juice in a grinder and make a fine paste.
The Marination:-
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces after removing the fat. Add the peri peri sauce to the chicken pieces and mix it properly.
Smoke Infusion:-
Take a few pieces of wood charcoal and place them on the gas burner and heat them till they are red. Take the burning charcoal pieces in a small bowl aand keep the bowl in the bowl of marinated chicken pieces. Pour some olive oil on the charcoals and as soon as they start emitting smoke cover the marination bowl with a lid. Let it smoke for 30 minutes.
The Barbeque:-
Heat a pan on moderate flame. Place the pieces of the marinated chicken in the pan and heat till brown.
Take some fresh parsley leaves and dab them in the marinade. Baste the pieces of chicken with the marinade. Keep turning the pieces of the chicken and make sure they are brown on all sides.
Turn off the flame and Chicken Peri Peri is ready to serve.

The original taste of buffalo chicken wings is not sweet and taste more of hot sauce with butter. This this version I'm sure you are going to love the taste sweet and spicy with buttery taste.
Buffalo Chicken Wings Ingredients
800 grams chicken wings, slice in two pieces each
1 tsp. Magic Sarap or any granuled seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. calamansi juice (for fried chicken marinade)
3 cups cooking oil for frying
Cornstarch for coating the chicken
For the sauce:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup hot sauce (reduce to 1/8 cup if too spicy)
1/2 cup banana ketchup
1 Tbsp. calamansi juice (for the sauce)
