How To make Chili Bean Tacos
2 tb Olive oil
1 lb Pork sausage, crumbled
1 Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1/2 ts Ground cumin
1 ts Hot chili powder
1 Tomato, peeled, chopped
3 tb Tomato paste
1/2 Red bell pepper, seeded,
-diced 1 cn Kidney beans, drained (10oz)
Salt to taste 8 Taco shells
Sour cream Paprika Lettuce leaves Radish roses Preheat oven to 350'F. (175'C.). Heat oil in a saucepan. Add sausage, onion, garlic, cumin and chili powder; fry gently 5 minutes, stirring to break up sausage. Add tomato, tomato paste, bell pepper and kidney beans. Stir well and cook gently 15 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent mixture sticking. Season with salt. Meanwhile, heat taco shells following package instructions. Fill hot taco shells with sausage mixture. Top each taco with sour cream and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with lettuce leaves and radish roses. VARIATION: Substitute lean ground beef for sausage, if desired.

Black bean tacos
Crispy Black Bean Tacos | Recipe ⬇️
Ingredients:
* Black beans
* Tortilla (corn or flour)
* Onion
* Garlic
* Red bell pepper
* Fresh chili or jalapeno
* Seasoning (such as cumin, chili powder, or a Mexican spice blend)
* Chipotle paste or paprika paste
* Vegan cheese
Instructions:
1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
2. In a pan, sauté finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper until softened.
3. Add the black beans to the pan and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
4. Stir in your choice of seasoning.
5. If desired, add some chopped fresh chili or jalapeno for extra heat.
6. Add chipotle paste or paprika paste into the bean mixture, stir and mash roughly.
7. Fill the tortillas with the bean mixture and some cheese.
8. Brush them with some oil and bake in the oven at 200C/400F for 15-20 mins or until golden brown and crispy.
9. Serve your crispy black bean tacos with your favorite toppings like salsa, guacamole, or chopped cilantro and enjoy :)

These refried beans are sometimes called runny, sticky and retefritos…and the restaurants will serve their refried beans based on the dish being ordered.
… but the first secret is that it all starts with a good pinto bean recipe.
For Terry’s favorite pinto beans recipe we’re gonna use:
– 2.5 C of Casserole Pinto Beans – these our are FAVORITE brand of beans
– 2 Garlic Cloves
– 2 Strips of Thick Cut Hickory & Mesquite Smoked Bacon
– About half J & B Salt Pork
_ A little more or a little less of each ingredient, to your preference
and
– 2 tsp of APC OG, you can salt to taste later
The cooking process for these is super simple in the crock pot. NO soaking needed. You just need to set it to high to get them simmering and check it every hour or so with a little stir. Depending on the crock pot these should take about four to five hours MAX!
And BONUS! In this video we’re also gonna show you what I call the THREE STAGES OF REFRIED BEANS! Stage 1 is the runny bean, perfect for scooping up with a Mexican spoon. Stage 2 is a little drier bean cooked with a little lard perfect for spreading on a tortilla or on a plate. And Stage 3 we add a little more yummy lard and take them to a little toasty finish, incorporating all of the yummy crispy goodness from the bottom of the pan. I love these for chalupas because they won’t make your tortillas soggy and the flavor, oh baby is several notches above the other two.
