- 4 garlic Cloves Minced or 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 25g Sriracha
- 30-40ml Soy Sauce (half light and half dark soy sauce)
- 30g Honey
- 2 tsp Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
Rice Mix
- 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 1 Medium Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 540g Cooked White Rice
- 20ml Soy Sauce
- 15g Honey
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil
- Green Onion & Sesame Seeds

Important Cooking Notes
- Marinate the chicken for 1-2 hours for better flavour
- Cook the chicken for 3-4 mins each side till golden brown
- When adding the honey to the chicken, make sure the heat is turned OFF! Then mix it in properly before setting aside
- Cook the garlic for 1-2mins till fragrant before adding the onions and bell peppers
- After adding the rice, chicken and extras, give it all a good mix till well combined. You can save some chicken to serve on top of the rice

Ingredients:
-Boneless chicken preferably thigh pieces ½ kg
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp
-Soy sauce 1 tbs
-Anday ki safedi (Egg white) 1
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Cornflour ¼ Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
-Soy sauce 2 & ½ tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 & ½ tbs
-Water 3 tbs
-Brown sugar powdered 2 tbs
-Cornflour ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) julienne 3-4
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion leaves) julienne 3-4 tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Spring onion leaves) julienne
-Dried red chilli sliced
Directions:
-In a bowl,add chicken,salt,black pepper crushed,ginger,vinegar,soy sauce & mix well,cover & marinate for 10-15 minutes.
-Add egg white,all-purpose flour,cornflour & mix well.
-In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry marinated chicken on medium flame until golden & crispy & set aside.
-In a bowl,add soy sauce,vinegar,water,brown sugar,cornflour,mix well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic & fry until light golden.
-Turn off the flame & let it rest for a minute.
-Add red chilli crushed & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,add prepared sauce,mix well & cook until sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Now add fried chicken & mix well.
-Add green chillies,spring onion leaves,sesame oil & mix well.
-Garnish with spring onion leaves,dried red chilli & serve with boiled rice!

-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur marinated chicken ko darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein soy sauce,sirka,pani,brown sugar aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal ker light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur ek minute kliya rest dein.
-Lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein,tayyar sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & sauce garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Ab fried chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
