TURKISH BULGUR PILAF || Bulgur Pilavı || Bulgar Wheat Pilaf Recipe || HEALTHY & DELICIOUS!
In today's video, we show you how to make Turkish Bulgur Pilaf which is a classic staple dish in Turkish cuisine. Bulgur Pilaf (also known as bulgur pilaff, bulgur pilavı, or pilau) is made using bulgur wheat (or bulgar wheat). This Turkish Bulgur Pilaf not only tastes incredibly delicious, but it is also super healthy and nutritious too. Bulgar Pilavı can be served with grilled chicken, meats kofte, kebabs, vegetables, salads, or simply with herbed yogurt dips.
To make this Turkish Style Bulgur recipe, you will need:
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp butter (you can omit the butter and use just olive oil to make this vegan)
1 onion chopped
salt to taste
2 garlic cloves chopped
1 small capsicum (bell pepper)
1/2 Turkish green pepper (or green chile to taste)
1 tbs tomato puree
2 grated tomatoes
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dried mint
1 tsp dried thyme
freshly squeezed lemon juice (as per your taste)
1 and 1/2 cups coarse bulgur wheat
3 cups hot water
garnish with finely chopped parsley and lemon slices

Chicken Bulgur. Quick, Simple and Delicious Recipe.
Chicken Bulgur Pilaf. You won't believe how incredibly delicious this juicy skinless and boneless chicken thighs are with fluffy bulgur pilaf recipe with minimal effort. This meal guaranteed to impress even the pickiest eaters!
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Ingredients to Make Bulgur Pilaf with Chicken:
1. Chicken thighs or breast - 250 gr
2. Bulgur wheat - 300 gr
3. Cherry tomatoes - 120 gr
4. Half and onion
5. Salt and Pepper
6. Glass of water
7. Maggi chicken stock cube (optional)

Ramadan Recipes iftar Meals Chicken Boiled Bulgur Pilaf Kemalpasa Dessert and Tomato Soup
I prepared the last iftar menu of the holy month of Ramadan.
I will use whole chickens to make boiled chicken
chickens are a bit fluffy so i walk them over the fire
I'm tearing apart chickens by separating them from their joints
bone-in chickens will be cooked
you can cut a chicken into 15 pieces
80 pieces of chicken for 40 people
add to the pot to wash the chickens
add salt and boiling water
wait for it to boil
After boiling for 10 minutes, remove the chickens without water
do not use dirty water
chop the carrots
a few onions
add sunflower oil to the pot
add carrots and onions
sugar
black pepper
cumin
powdered ginger
oregano
wheat flour
boiling water
a handful of garlic
chop the potatoes coarsely
divide by two or four
add potatoes cook for 10 minutes
place the chickens in the deep wide tray
add potatoes and carrots
add food juice
bake in the oven for 30 minutes
chicken stew ready to serve
to make bulgur pilaf with green lentils
boil green lentils
a bowl of bulgur 3 kilograms
Add sunflower oil and margarine to a large saucepan.
wait for the oil to heat up and add the bulgur
meat bouillon
black pepper and cayenne pepper
some roasted potatoes and carrots were more than the previous meal
Add boiling water after adding salt. For 1 cup of bulgur, I use 2 cups of boiling water. Cook until the water is completely absorbed.
After draining the water, mix it and let the food rest again
After resting for 1 hour, bulgur pilaf is ready to serve.
After adding it to the steel container, I place it on a hot bain-marie and the food is waiting there hot.

Kemalpasa dessert
I use a ready-made dessert only hot syrup will be added

2 cups of flour Half a teaspoon of baking soda
2 eggs 5 tablespoons margarine
Dough is prepared with 250 g of unsalted fresh white cheese and fried in the oven.
Sherbet with 2 kilograms of sugar and 3 kilograms of water
you can give it a little caramel look by burning the sugar lightly.
After boiling for 5 minutes, add it to the kemal pasha desserts.
Let it boil for a bit and then close the lid and wait for it to absorb the syrup in the hot oven.
You can serve after cooling.

Delicious Bulgur Pilaf recipe as a Maincourse| Bulgur Pilaf with Mushrooms that feels like meat!????????
Bulgur Pilav with Leeks, Carrots & Delicious Mushroom
This creamy bulgur pilav is full of veggies; carrot, leeks and delicious mushrooms which are treated like meat. Bulgur is healthy, easy to make, economic and always delicious! Plus a great way to eat vegetables.

Servings:2-4
Difficulty: Medium
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes + 15 minutes resting
2 leeks, sliced diagonally
300 g mushrooms, roughly chopped
3 large cloves of garlic, thinly sliced + 3 large cloves of garlic, thickly sliced
1,5 cups coarse bulgur
1 heaped tablespoon tomato paste, or you can use 100-150 g tomato puree
1 carrot, grated
1 heaped tablespoon meatball seasoning mix ( , or you can find the spice mixture below for this recipe)
1 tablespoon butter
6 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups boiling water
5 pinches of salt
A pinch of red pepper, optional
For serving,
Strained yoghurt
Parsley
Red pepper flakes
Sour pickle juice
• Heat a large frying pan (preferable ceramic coated). Pour in 2 tablespoons olive oil, then add the leeks and toss with a good pinch of salt on high heat until partially browned. Transfer them on a plate.
• Pour 2 tablespoons olive oil to the pan and toss the mushroom like leeks. Add in thinly sliced, 3 cloves of garlic. After a minute add the meatball mix and toss for another 30 seconds. Add the mushrooms on leeks. Wipe the pan if there is any spice left to prevent them burning.
• Add in the butter 2 more tablespoons olive oil to the pan. After butter melted, add the rest of the garlic. Add the tomato paste and mix until paste loosen.
• Mix in the bulgur and stir until all of the bulgur mix with the tomato paste.
• Put back in the leeks and mushrooms. Add 3 pinches of salt and red pepper. Give it a good stir.
• Pour in the boiling water and transfer the pan on a smaller burner. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until some juice of the pilav left. This way pilav will be creamy and not dry.
• Then, turn off the heat and cover the pan with a clean kitchen towel. Put the lid on and let it rest at least 15 minutes.
• After resting, mix in the carrot and transfer on a serving dish. Make a hole in the centre and place the yoghurt in. Then sprinkle some parsley and red pepper. If you have some pickle juice pour a ladle on the pilav and insanely delicious, vegetarian dream bulgur pilav is ready!
To make the spice mix, mix a teaspoon of cumin, a teaspoon red pepper, a levelled teaspoon garlic powder and half teaspoon black pepper.

2 water glass bulgur (cracked wheat)
2-3 piece fresh green pepper
2-3 piece chilli pepper or fresh red pepper
