How To make Chicken Livers and Mushrooms
5 sl Raw bacon
1 1/2 lb Chicken livers
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
2 1/2 tb Flour
1/4 c Finely chopped onion
21 oz Canned chicken giblet gravy
4 oz Sliced mushrooms, drained
1. Place 5 slices of bacon in a 10-inch, heat-resistant, non- metallic
skillet. Cover with a paper towel and heat in Microwave Oven 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp. 2. Remove bacon and set aside.
3. In a plastic bag combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat chicken livers
with seasoned flour and place in hot bacon fat. Add minced onion. 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes. Turn chicken livers over
and heat an additional 4 minutes or until chicken livers are browned. 5. Add the canned chicken giblet gravy and heat, covered, in Microwave
Oven 6 minutes. 6. Add mushrooms, stir and heat an additional 1 to 1 1/2 minutes in
Microwave Oven. Tip: If chicken livers begin to pop, pierce them with the tines of a fork before continuing to cook. The popping is just the steam escaping through the thin membrane surrounding the livers.

SPICY CHICKEN LIVER WITH MUSHROOM
INGREDIENTS :chicken liver,mushroom,optional bell pepper, chili, salt&pepper,garlic, add some water and seasoning
Beef Liver, Onion and Mushroom Recipe #shorts
This recipe will turn liver haters into one of their favourite dishes. Very simple to make! Plus liver is riched in nutrients such as folate, iron and vitamin B to name a few.
INGREDIENTS
• 2 lbs Beef liver (sliced)
• 2 cups Milk
• 2 cups Mushrooms (sliced)
• 2 cups Red Onion (sliced)
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp Maggi sauce
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• all-purpose flour (as needed)
• salt & pepper
• 4 tbsp Cooking oil
• 2 cups Chicken broth or beef broth
• 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
• 1 cup Heavy cream (optional)
• 2-3 cups french fries
INSTRUCTIONS
• Soak beef liver with milk for an hour to remove the bitter taste.
• Drain milk
• Season with salt and pepper on both sides
• Coat slices of the liver with the flour on both sides
• Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil to a large skillet over medium heat
• Sauté liver until nice and brown on both sides
• Remove the liver and set aside
• Using the same skillet add 2 tbsp vegetable oil and sauté the onion
• Add chicken broth
• Add butter
• Add Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Maggi sauce
• Optional: add heavy cream to thicken the sauce
• Add mushrooms
• Add the cooked liver
• Serve with french fries

✅ Ingredients:
• chicken liver – 1,8 lb | 800 g
• onion – 10,5 oz | 300 g
• garlic – 2 cloves
• sour cream – 14 oz | 400 g
• mustard – 2 tsp
• butter – 1 oz | 30 g
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste
• dried oregano – ½ tsp
• dried basil - ⅓ tsp
• dried thyme - ⅓ tsp
✔︎ You will need:

???? Preparation:
1. Cut the chicken liver into halves, remove the veins and fragments of green-yellow to have it not bitter.
2. Cut the onion into half rings.
3. Dry well the liver with paper towels and cut into pieces.
4. Heat a pan with the butter, add the onion and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
5. Push the onion to the sides making a space in the middle of the pan.
6. Fry the chicken liver by parts for 5 minutes over medium heat, not all the amount at a time as it will be boiled not fried then.
7. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste, the minced garlic, mustard, oregano, basil and thyme.
8. Stir and fry for a minute over medium heat.
9. Add the sour cream, stir and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
10. Serve the sour cream chicken liver hot having sprinkled with chopped-up greens. Mashed potato, pasta or boiled rice are perfect to garnish it.
