1/2 c Vegetable oil 2 pk Frozen chicken livers(8oz) 1/4 t Salt 1 pn Ground pepper 1/2 c Sweet white wine 1 cn Beef gravy(10 1/2oz) 2 T Butter or margarine 1/4 c Water 1 T Cornstarch 4 c Hot cooked brown rice 4 c Hot cooked white rice Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Add livers; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook and stir livers in hot oil until brown, about 3 minutes; drain. Heat wine to boiling in 1 1/2-quart saucepan; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 1 minute. Stir in gravy and chicken livers. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Stir in butter until melted. Stir water into cornstarch. Stir cornstarch mixture gradually into sauce. Heat to boiling. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve over rice.

Ingredients: -Chicken or lamb #liver 1kg -Oil 2 tbsp -Onion 2 large -Garlic 4 cloves -Chilli 2 or 3 (optional) -Stock cube 1 (vegetable or chicken whatever available) -Paprika powder 50 gm -Salt & pepper 50 gm -Chopped tomato 250gm -Water 1/4 cup -Parsley 10 gm
Description: To cook heat up the oil and saute the onion, then add garlic, chilli, stock cube, paprika, salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Once they are tempered add water and cook for about 15-minutes stir occasionally. at the end add parsley and finish cooking. Serve it with rice bread or chapati.

Chicken Liver Pepper Fry Recipe:
Marination:
Chicken Liver - 500 grams Salt - ¾ tsp Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp Coriander Powder - 1 ½ tsp Cumin Powder - ½ tsp Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Other Ingredients:
Gingelly Oil - 3 tbsp Fennel Seeds - ½ tsp Curry Leaves - 2 Sprigs Green Chilli (roughly cut) - 2 nos Shallots (sliced) - 1 Cup Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Cooking Instructions:
1.Marinate the chicken liver with all the marination ingredients for at least 15 minutes.
2.Heat gingelly oil in a pan and add fennel seeds. When they start to splutter, add curry leaves, green chilli and shallots.
3.When the shallots turn translucent, add the ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell disappears, around 1-2 minutes.
4.Add the marinated chicken liver and saute on high heat for 2 minutes. Reduce the flame to medium and continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes or until the liver is cooked. Keep stirring occasionally.
5.Finish with black pepper powder and coriander leaves. Mix well and serve!
