6 GREEN CHILLI

HANDFUL CORIANDER
SPICE FOR THE MAKHANI GRAVY:
2 TSP WHOLE CUMIN
2 TSP WHOLE CORIANDER
2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
2 TSP CURRY POWDER
2 TSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER
1 TSP GARAM MASSALA
2 TSP KASOORI METHI
2 TSP SALT
FINAL DISH:
2 TBS OIL
40 GRAM BUTTER
4 TBS GROUND ALMOND POWDER
4 TBS SUGAR
3 TBS YOGURT
500 ML MAKHANI GRAVY
GARNISH WITH 120 GRAM OF BATTER LAST MINUTE

3 Types Of Dips -
Ingredients for Taco Seasoning:
(Serves 6)
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp dry Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Ingredients for Pico De Gallo:
- 1/4 cup Tomatoes(chopped)
- 1/4 cup Onions(chopped)
- 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves(chopped)
- 2-3 tbsp Jalapenos
- Lemon Juice
- Salt
Ingredients for Loaded Chicken Nachos:
- 2 cups Tortilla Chips
- 2-3 tbsp salsa/pico de gallo
- Black Beans Canned/Cooked
- 1/2 cup Mexican Cheese Sauce
- Chicken Breast(cooked & shredded)
- 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 2-3 tbsp Jalapenos
Method:
1. Take cumin seeds, dry onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper and grind it into powder, to make Taco Seasoning
2. Now, take chopped tomato in a small bowl, and add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, jalapenos, lemon juice, salt on top
3. Mix it together to make Pico De Gallo
4. Now, in a plate take tortilla chips, and add pico de gallo, cooked black beans paste, mexican cheese sauce, shredded chicken breast, taco seasoning, jalapenos from top
5. Again add cooked beans paste, mexican cheese sauce, spring onions and pico de gallo from top and serve it

Schezwan sauce is one of the most popular sauce recipes from the Indo Chinese cuisine. It is a versatile red chilli garlic sauce and can also be used as a dip.
Schezwan sauce was originated from the Szechuan cuisine which is originated from Sichuan province in south west China, however it has a very strong influence to Indian cuisine and especially to the modern indo Chinese cuisine.
In India, it is also called as schezwan chutney. It is a must have condiment with Indo – Chinese snacks like, momos, spring rolls, French fries, fried chicken, popcorn chicken etc. It is also an important ingredient for making Schezwan fried rice and Schezwan fried noodles.

Ingredients:-
1 1/2 small chicken cut into small prices
1/2 small chicken for poaching/broth
8 medium onions (red &white)
5 cloves of garlic
2 celery sticks
Ginger
1 carton tomato passata
2 tbsp tomato purée
5 Spices:-
1/2 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp cardamom
5 whole cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
5 Bayleaves
1 1/2 lemon squeezed on chicken to rinse, tenderise & kill bacteria.
