HOW TO MAKE BALSAMIC HERB CHICKEN IN A GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
This grilled balsamic herb chicken breast in a garlicy butter sauce is deliciously marinaded then grilled to perfection. Tender. Juicy. Full of flavor.
Shopping List:
2 chicken breasts cut in half length-wise (cooks faster this way)
Marinade:
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tbs. basil
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. course black pepper
Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce:
2 tbs melted butter
Squeeze of lemon juice
Pinch of parsley flakes
Directions:
Whisk together the marinade ingredients then add it to a zip-lock bag.
Add the chicken and shake to coat well.
Marinade 20 minutes up to 6 hours. (DON’T NOT MARINADE LONGER).
If you marinade for only 20 minutes, let it set out. Any longer, put it in the fridge.
Pre-heat a grill pan on medium high heat and brush on a small amount of oil.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, pat dry to prevent steaming rather than searing, and cook for 3-5 minutes each side depending on the size of the breasts.
Discard the marinade.
Add the butter, minced garlic and parsley to a microwave safe bowl to melt then pour the sauce onto the plate. Place the chicken on top of the sauce.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Balsamic Chicken Breast
Balsamic Chicken Breast
Balsamic chicken is a quick and easy low carb recipe. The chicken is marinated in a balsamic sauce and gets therefore infused with beautiful Mediterranean and Italian flavors, This dish is prepared in one pan and you will only need a handful of ingredients. I love to cut mine up and serve the chicken with a green salad as a lunchtime meal. Another great way to enjoy your balsamic chicken is with rice and a mushroom sauce or with roasted root vegetables. No matter what you do, this chicken dish is surely going to satisfy all your needs. Just let it marinate, cook it and it's ready!

6 EASY CHICKEN MARINADES | amazing chicken breast recipe + freezer friendly meal prep
Using a chicken marinade is one of the best ways to give your chicken breast recipe some big flavor and maximum juiciness. From a bright Greek lemon marinade, to punchy honey mustard, and everything in between - here's everything you need to know about making (and using) the best chicken marinades!
While I'm all for dry rubs for a savory top coat, chicken marinades have their own benefits. They're great for locking in your favorite flavors, tenderizing the meat, and keeping it ultra juicy as it cooks. That's especially important for when you're cooking up chicken breasts - because we all know how easily they can dry out.
In addition to chicken breasts, these marinades can be used for chicken thighs (my favorite), or even chicken drumsticks, depending on what type of meal prep you've got going for the week. So if you need some fresh dinner ideas (aka chicken recipes for dinner), watch the video and head to the blog post below for more sides and pairing options.
