2 Whole Chicken Breasts 1/4 Cup Oil 1 Clove Garlic 1/2 Lemon With Rind 1/2 Lb Mushrooms 1 Tbls Flour 1/4 Cup White Wine 1 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Pepper 1/4 Tsp Oregano 1 Can Artichoke Hearts Pound chicken into 2 inch chunks. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add ga rlic (crushed) and saute until soft. Add all other ingredients except artichoke s. Saute stirring frequently 15 minutes over medium to high heat. Add artichokes a nd continue coooking until heated.

Hoy es enseño cómo hacer unos fáciles y deliciosos contramuslos de Pollo a la Miel sin horno. Este pollo en salsa queda muy jugoso, es muy fácil y rápido de preparar y está delicioso. La carne queda muy tierna y la soja le da un toque especial. Es un genial para incluir en el menú semanal porque está muy rico y sabroso.
Ingredientes: 5 contramuslos de pollo sin piel 6 dientes de ajo picaditos 110 gr de miel (unas 5 cucharadas soperas) 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja 2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana 300 ml de caldo de pollo 2 cucharadas aprox. de ajo en polvo 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva Sal y pimienta al gusto
