How To make Chewy Coconut Bars
1/2 c egg substitute or 2 eggs
1 c sugar or sugar substitute equal to 1 cup
1/4 tsp maple flavoring
1/2 c margarine
melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 c unsweetened coconut :
finely chopped
1/2 c walnuts -- chopped
1/2 c raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat egg substitute, sugar substitute and maple flavoring in a medium bowl; mix in margarine and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl; stir into egg mixture. Mix in coconut, walnuts and raisins. Spread evenly in greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake until browned and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack; cut into squares.

Chew Coconut Bars:
1 stick butter (melted)
1 cup graham crackers (crushed)
7 oz. sweetened coconut flakes
chopped walnuts(desired amount)
chocolate chips (desired amount)
butterscotch chips (desired amount)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
mix melted butter, coconut, and graham crackers in baking pan. Press firmly into a crust, add choc chips, butterscotch chips and nuts on top. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk until even coated. Bake in oven at 350 for 15-20 min until edges are golden. Cool for 2 hrs before cutting and serving! Enjoy!
