Signature Cheese Sauce
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Olive oil 1 & ½ tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 4-5
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Rice vinegar 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Cream 400ml
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated 200g
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Hot sauce 1 & ½ tbs
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add olive oil,onion & mix well.
-Add green chillies,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add black peppercorns,salt,mix well and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add rice vinegar,vinegar,mix well & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add cream & mix well.
-Add milk,mix well & cook for 1 minute.
-Turn off the flame,cover & let it rest for 20 minutes then strain with the help of strainer (press & squeeze out completely).
-Again pour in the same sauce pan,add cheddar cheese and turn on the flame & mix well on low flame until cheese melts (1-2 minutes).
-Add chicken powder & mix well.
-Add hot sauce and mix well.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1-2 weeks in refrigerator.
-When use,add 1-2 tbs of milk on reheating.
Serving Ideas:
-Can be serve with potato fries,burger,nuggets,chicken hot shots & nachos.

-Chulha bund ker dein aur dhak ker 20 minutes kliya chor dein phir strainer ki madad sa strain ker lein (press & squeeze out completely).
-Dubara us he saucepan mein dal dein aur cheddar cheese dal ker chulha on ker dein aur halkia ancch cheese melt hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein (1-2 minutes).
-Chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hot sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Airtight jar mein dal ker 1-2 weeks kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
-Jab use kerna ho tou 1-2 tbs doodh dal ker garam ker lein.

INGREDIENTS
• 200 g Cheddar Cheese
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 2 tbsp Flour
• 250 ml Milk
Step 1
First you have to grate the cheddar cheese. Melt 2 tbsp butter together with 2 tbsp flour and mix until well combined. Add the milk and continue stirring until it starts to boil.
Step 2
Gradually, add the grated cheddar cheese and mix until it melts. For a chili taste, add some chili sauce or chili powder.
Serve the sauce while it’s warm!
