Caster sugar:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Gluten free flour
1/2 cup sugar (caster sugar)
1 flax egg
1/2 cup butter ( melted)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup carob chips
Optional: 1/8 cup coconut sugar ( this makes it very sweet, I would omit if you don’t like sweet)
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

An egg
40 g of birch or dates sugar
20 ml almond oil (alternatives can be soya, linseeds or walnuts oil)
90 ml diary-free almond milk
a teaspon of baking soda
a pinch of salt
90 g of gounded almonds
100 g quinoa flour
50 g of carob chip

????In this video I will show you how to make extremely easy, healthy and gluten free cookies, chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:
►85 g chocolate chips
►85 g buckwheat flour
►60 g gluten free oats
►1/2 cups peanut butter
►1 pinch of cinnamon
►1 flax egg
►1mash banana
►3 tbsp maple syrup
???? Utensils and equipment
►1 mixing bowl
►1 baking tray
►baking paper
???????????? Preparation
1. Make the dough: mix all the ingredients
2. With your clean hands, take a table spoon of the mixture, rolling it into a ball and press it down to form the cookies
3. Prepare all the cookies from the dough
4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius(350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 25- 30 min
5. Remove them from the oven, leave them to cool down and
6. DONE!

My vegan paleo chocolate chip cookies are:
-- Gluten-free
-- Sugar-free
-- Grain-free
-- Candida cleanse diet friendly

-- Rich in fibre

-- Soy-free
-- Protein-rich
Vegan Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies without Cocoa
Ingredients:
30g (1.06oz, 2 level tbsps.) coconut puree (manna)
200g (7oz) additive-free oat milk
60g (2.1oz) almond protein powder
20g (0.7oz, 3 level tbsps.) coconut flour
2 tbsps. ground chia seeds
½ tsp. Himalayan salt
2 tsps. cinnamon
1 tbsp. roasted carob powder
55g (1.9oz, 6 level tbsps.) regular carob powder
20g (0.7oz) of unsweetened carob chips
Preparation:
1. Weigh 30 grams of coconut puree and warm it up in microwave oven or in double boiler (until it is liquid).
2. Then, mix together coconut puree and oat milk. Add the milk gradually and stir.
3. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients (except carob chips).
4. Next, pour the liquids over dry ingredients and mix until you have homogeneous batter. Finally, fold in the carob chips. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Then, divide the batter into 8 portions (or make smaller or bigger cookies), form round-shaped cookies with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies at 175°C (350°F) for 16 minutes. Let cool for about 15 minutes before eating.
How to make carob chips at home:
1. In a double boiler (or in microwave) melt 60 grams (2.1oz) of cocoa butter.
2. Then, whip 40 grams (1.4oz) of carob powder into the melted cocoa butter.
3. Next, pour the liquid mass into a small cake tin or bread loaf lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
4. Finally, place the firmed carob chocolate into chopping board and using a sharp knife, chop it into as small pieces as you like. Store in a glass jar in fridge.
How to store those paleo chocolate chip cookies:
-- On kitchen counter – in a loosely closed jar or container for a day.
-- In fridge – also in a loosely closed jar or container for up to 4 days.
-- For longer storage, keep them in freezer and warm up in oven (for crisp result) or in microwave oven (for soft and moist cookies).
