Healthy Eggless Oats Chocolate Cake | NO Maida, NO Sugar, NO oil, NO Condensed Milk, NO Jaggery
As we know one can never get enough of chocolate cakes, I for one see myself keep going back to a nice decadent chocolate cake most of the times. Here I bring to you a version for the folks who are health freaks but want a indulge from time to time.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dates
1 + 1/4 cup hot milk
1 banana
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup ghee
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp water
handful roughly chopped almonds and walnuts
2 tbsp chocolate chips

Oil-Free Carob Bundt Cake Recipe
This is a delicious oil-free carob bundt cake recipe. I used coconut sugar to lower the glycemic index. I also used a monk fruit powdered sugar alternative, but that may be hard to find.
1-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup apple sauce
1-1/2 cups coconut sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup carob powder (Missy J’s is my favorite, but any will work)

105g Grounded Hazelnut
70g Tapioca Starch(or Corn Starch)
10g Baking Powder
1 pinch Salt
50g Chopped Hazelnut
1 tsp Pysllium Husk
3 tbsp Hot Water
Bake at 330F Preheat Oven, 60min.
Chocolate Glaze:
60g Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp Avocado Oil

Ingredients:
For the carrot mixture:
200g whole pastry flour
50g oil
90g maple syrup
160g soy milk
60g carrot
10g goji berry
1 tbsp baking powder
For the ginger mixture:
200g whole pastry flour
50g oil
90g maple syrup
160g soy milk
15g ginger
4 pieces cardamom
1tbsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. blend soy milk, ginger and cardamom with blender.
2. blend soy milk, carrot and goji berry with blender.
3. add all the ingredients into each mixture.
4. pour the mixture alternately into the cake pan.
5. bake at 350F/180C for 35 minutes.

「作り方」
<1>生姜、カルダモン、豆乳をブレンダーで撹拌する。
<2>人参、クコの実、豆乳をブレンダーで撹拌する。
<3>それぞれの生地に残りのすべての材料を入れて混ぜ合わせる。
<4>ケーキ型にそれぞれの生地を交互に流し入れ、180℃で35分焼いたら出来上がり。

Carob Cake
Carob consumed by humans is the dried (and sometimes roasted) pod, and not the 'nuts' or seeds. Carob is mildly sweet and is used in powdered, chip, or syrup form as an ingredient in cakes and cookies, and in chocolate substitute. Chocolate contains theobromine, which is poisonous to some mammals, but carob does not, and is used to make chocolate-flavored treats for dogs.
This is a two layer carob cake with a cardamom & coconut cream filling. The icings is made from almond butter, maple syrup and carob.
