How To make Apple Chip Cookies
1 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Butter
1/2 c Cream
1 Egg
1/2 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 c Chopped,peeled apples
1/2 c Butterscotch chips
1 c Walnuts, chopped
Glaze: 3 tb Butter, melted
1 tb Cinnamon
2 tb Cream
2 c Confectioners sugar
24 Walnut halfs
1. Heat oven to 350 F. 2. Cream butter and sugar; add egg, beat well.
3. Stir in dry ingredients. 4. Add apples and nuts and chips. 5. Drop
by teaspoon full onto greased cookiesheet. 6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. 7. Make glaze by mixing together the melted butter,cinnamon, cream

Makes 18-20 cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (115g) Butter, softened
3/4 cup (150g) White sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1½ cups (190g) All-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup (160g) White chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl place softened butter and sugar, beat until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the egg, vanilla extract and beat until combined.
4. Add the flour mixture and beat until combined and soft dough forms.
5. Add chocolate chips and stir.
6. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
8. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls and place on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving room for the cookies to flatten out.
9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until lightly browned.
10. Let cool for 10 minutes on the tray, transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.

Apple cinnamon chip cookies.
An extremely easy cookie to make and the perfect after school snack for the Fall season. Fall is my most favorite season. See how I add a touch of apples into my fall kitchen decor .
Apple Cinnamon Chip Cookies
1 pkg. Jiffy Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mis
1 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
2 Tbsp. quick oats
1 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup cinnamon chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Combine muffin mix, pudding mix and oats. Blend in butter until crumbly. Add egg and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in cinnamon chips. Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes ( had to bake mine a 14 minutes until golden brown)

Look no further, BEST cookie recipe ever! Seriously the most deliciously delectable cookie ever! ????INGREDIENTS
50g (4 tbsp) sugar 1 egg 60 g potato starch 1 apple 30g (2 1/4 tbsp) butter 20g (1 1/2 tbsp) greek yogurt 100g (4/5 cup) flour 8 g baking powder Chocolate chips Powdered sugar
METHOD
Beat sugar with melted butter. Add an egg and beat again.
Add greek yogurt and flour little by little. Whisk, then add potato starch.
Peel and cut an apple into small pieces.
Add to the mixture, add chocolate chips and mix.
Use an ice cream scoop to take a little mixture and place it on a baking tray. Add several chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F) Decorate with powdered sugar.
