How To make Buttermilk Honey Bread
1 Envelope dry yeast or 1 cake
-fresh yeast 3/4 c Warm or lukewarm water
1 ts Honey
5 3/4 To 6 1/4 cups all-purpose
-flour or bread flour 1 1/2 c Lukewarm buttermilk (95 F)
3 tb Honey
2 tb (1/4 stick) unsalted butter,
-melted and cooled 1 tb Salt
Makes 2 oval loaves Sprinkle dry yeast over warm water (105 - 115 F) in small bowl. Add 1 tsp honey and stir to dissolve. If using cake yeast, crumble yeast into small bowl. Stir in lukewarm water (95 F) and 1 tsp honey. Let stand until foamy, about 10 minutes. Combine 2 cups flour, buttermilk, 3 Tbs honey, butter and salt in large bowl. Add yeast mixture and whisk until smooth, about 3 minutes. Using wooden spoon, mix in enough remaining flour 1/2 cup at a time until dough is too stiff to stir. Knead on floured surface until dough is smooth and satiny, kneading in more flour if sticky, about 10 minutes. Grease large bowl. Add dough, turning to coat entire surface. Cover bowl with plastic. Let rise in warm draft-free area until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours. Grease 2 baking sheets. Gently knead dough on lightly floured surface until deflated. Cut dough in half. Knead each piece into round. Pull 2 opposite sides unde to form oval. Place on prepared sheets, seam side down. Cover with towel. Let rise in warm draft-free area until doubled, about 45 minutes. Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 375 F. Bake until brown and loaves sound hollow when tapped on bottom, about 45 minutes. Immediately transfer to racks. Cool completely before slicing. Zutaten:
1 EL Honig
100 ml warmes Wasser
200-230 ml Buttermilch
2 TL Salz
550 g Mehl Typ 550g
1 EL Öl
1 Pck. Trockenhefe

How To Make Buttermilk Bread
Nothing beats fresh, homemade bread and this particular loaf is my hands-down favorite. So, without further ado, here's How To Make Buttermilk Bread.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups warm buttermilk
2 TBSP softened butter
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 TBSP sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp INSTANT yeast (not active dry yeast).
Method (For bread machine):
Place all ingredients into machine insert, in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select the basic cycle, 2 lb loaf, light crust.
Method (By hand)
Preheat oven to 350º
Combine all the ingredients and knead for 5-7 minutes.
Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a towel.
Let rise for 30 minutes.
Knead once more for about 2 minutes and place in a loaf pan.
Let rise again for 10-15 minutes.
Bake for 45 minutes.
After baking is done, immediately remove from loaf pan/bread machine insert and cool on a wire rack.
The machine I'm using in the video has been discontinued. But here's another one from Hamilton Beach that looks very similar and it's quite affordable:

How to Make BUTTERMILK BREAD | No Yeast and No Knead aka Lazy Man Bread
Hey guys today is all about buttermilk bread or I should call this dessert bread. This buttermilk bread is great when you need some carbs and you really don’t have time to make a loaf of bread. It’s slightly sweet, has a creamy buttermilk flavor from the full fat buttermilk (I never recommend using anything else) and just great to eat warm with butter and honey or even jam or Nutella. It’s so soft and delicious, definitely not your typical loaf of bread because there is no yeast in it. The ingredients are simple, the bread comes together super-fast and it’s all around amazing.

????Lazy Man Buttermilk Bread Recipe | Quick and Easy
2 cups (200 g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (96 g) sugar
1 ½ teaspoons (6 g) baking powder
½ teaspoon (2 g) baking soda
1 teaspoon (5 g) salt
1 cup full fat buttermilk
1 large egg
¼ cup (55 g) unsalted butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (177 C). Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. In a separate bowl whisk melted butter with the buttermilk and the egg.
Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ingredients. Gently fold all the ingredients until all the flour has been incorporated and a shaggy, wet batter is formed. Do not over mix the batter!
Add the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and slicing. Enjoy!
