AGUA DE MELON Ingredients: - simple syrup - canteloupe - water
To make the simple syrup heart 1C water and 1C sugar on low heat until sugar has completely dissolved then turn the stove off. Add the simple syrup to the juice al little at a time and taste as you go. The riper the fruit is the less aditional sugar it will need.
Cheesy Baked Eggs Ingredients: Serves 4-6 people - 6 eggs - 1/4C cream - 1/4C grated parmesan cheese - 1/2C - 1C sharp cheddar cheese - green onion to taste - salt & pepper to taste - 1t paprika (forgot to show this in the video)
Preheat the oven 350 degrees, whisk all ingredients together and bake for 25-30 minutes. You can stick a knife in the middle and if it comes out clean then it's done. Garnish with green onions and cheese.
Candied Sausage Ingrediens: - Sausage of your choice. if you like spicy try it with jalapeño sausage - maple syrup Heat up sausage on medium high heat until completely brown. Turn heat down and add maple syrup. Let is cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat or until the syrup has thickened.
French Toast With Cream Cheese Butter Serves 4-6 people CREAM CHEESE BUTTER Ingredients: - 4T butter - 4T cream Cheese - 2T powdered sugar
FRENCH TOAST Ingredients: - 1-2 loafs of brioche bread - 4 eggs - 1/2C vanilla icecream - 1-2T of cinnamon (to preference) - 1T powdered sugar - powdered sugar for garnish - berries for garnish - mint for garnish

Omelet Breakfast Croissants: two easy breakfast or brunch recipes!
Omelette croissant
INGREDIENTS
Croissant bake:
4 croissants; ¼ cup crispy bacon; 6 eggs; 2 cups milk; ½ cup cream; 1/4 cup sliced scallions; 1 tsp dried thyme; ½ cup mozzarella, shredded; ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded. Stuffed croissants:
4 croissants; 1 cup cheese blend; ¼ cup crispy bacon; 3 tbsp sliced scallions; ¼ cup sliced scallions; 3 eggs; 1/3 cup cream.
METHOD

Slice croissants into pieces, place on a baking tray and bake at 210 C (410F) for 6 minutes. Meanwhile whisk together all the rest of ingredients. Place crispy croissant bits into a baking dish and pour egg mixture on top. Bake at 180 (350F) for 45 minutes.
Stuffed croissants
METHOD
Cut the top of croissant and empty each croissant out. Place emptied croissants on a baking tray. Whisk eggs, cream, bacon and scallions together. Pour the mixture into each croissant and top with cheese blend of your choice. Bake at 160 C (320F) for 20-25 minutes.

Harissa Egg and Hummus Toast - Recipe Below - this is a twist on my favourite breakfast. Dreamy creamy hummus - use any you like. My recipe is the best. Obvs - served on crunchy toast with spicy harissa eggs. Enjoy everyone x JGS . Serves 2 - 2 tbsp rose harissa - 2 eggs - 2 slices sourdough, toasted - hummus to serve - a few coriander leaves - salt . 1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add the rose harissa. Fry for a few seconds until sizzling and then crack in the eggs. Season with plenty of salt and cook for 2-3 minutes or until set as you like. 2. Slather the sourdough with plenty of hummus and top with the eggs. Garnish with a few coriander leaves and get your gob around it fast.
