HOW TO MAKE BEEF BRISKET IN THE SLOW COOKER
If you were ever wondering how to make Beef Brisket in the Slow Cooker then stop right here, right now because this is the only recipe you will ever need! Brisket is a tough cut of meat since it has lots of connective tissue. For that reason, the best way to cook it to tender and juicy perfection is to cook it low and slow. Think oven, smoker or, you guessed it, crockpot or slow cooker.
Sure, this Beef Brisket in the Slow Cooker may take 8 hours or more to cook. But most of that time is hands off (other than thinking of ways of how NOT to devour it right then and there based on the smell that fills your home alone). It's perfectly tender, fall apart delicious and finger licking good!
The beauty about beef brisket is that it holds its shape even after being cooked to tender perfection. Depending on what you're making it for, you can choose to slice or shred it. Sliced brisket is great for a classic brisket dinner served up with all the fixin's - coleslaw, cornbread, mashed potatoes, the works! While shredded brisket is amazing for things like sandwiches, tacos, nachos or poutines. Either way, Slow Cooker Beef Brisket is a meal to remember that always gets rave reviews! #brisket #beefbrisket #slowcookerrecipe #crockpotcooking #slowcooker #crockpot #crockpotrecipes #beefrecipe
