There are plenty of ways of cooking pan fried shrimp. This recipe is one the easiest and quickest, moreover you will need ingredients always at hand in the kitchen. The sauce formed in cooking process coats each shrimp – it is rather delicious. So in our video recipe a distinctive Chinese way of frying shrimp that allows changing ingredients to your taste.

✅ Ingredients:
• cooked frozen shrimp – 1 lb | 400 g
• garlic – 3 cloves
• cooking oil – 2 tbsp
• soy sauce – 2 fl oz | 50 ml
• rice vinegar – 1,5 tbsp
• sugar – 3 tbsp
• dried ginger – 1,5 tsp
• red chili flakes – to taste
• sesame seeds – 1 tsp

???? Preparation:
1. Defrost, peel and devein the shrimp, wash in cold water.
2. Heat a pan with the cooking oil, lay out the shrimp and fry stirring over high heat for 1 minute until golden.
3. Add the chopped up garlic and fry stirring for a minute or half.
4. Add the sugar, ground ginger, chili flakes to taste, rice vinegar and soy sauce, stir well and cook for 1 minute more stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
5. Switch the heat off, sprinkle the fried shrimp with sesame seeds and serve to the table.
❗️ Advices:
1. Frozen cooked shrimps can be replaced with raw shrimps or frozen raw.
2. Use your favorite spices according to taste.
3. You can use fresh ginger.
4. Sugar can be replaced with honey.
5. Rice vinegar can be replaced with any your favourite vinegar : white, apple, wine or with lemon juice.

Ingredients:
For Prawns Tempura
24 large Prawns, peeled & washed
Oil for frying
Tempura Batter
For Tempura Batter:
150 grams of refined flour
2 tbsp Corn Flour
Black Pepper
Salt as required
1 cup Soda
Method of preparation:
Peel and clean the prawns and give it some gashes.
Keep it on the base of the board and pinch it lightly with the help of your thumb.
Heat oil in a vessel, dip each prawn in the batter and transfer it into the hot oil.
After 2 minutes pull out the prawns from the hot oil and transfer it to an absorbent kitchen paper.
For Tempura Batter:
In a bowl add refined flour, corn flour, black pepper, salt and give it a nice mix.
Add soda in parts to the flour mixture, give it a nice mix.

Learn step-by-step how to make deep-fried shrimp. Use our fried shrimp recipe and go through the deep-frying process. Shrimp Mold
Spicy Shrimp Mold is another Southern gathering staple and always a hit! Louisiana gulf shrimp shine through this creamy and tomatoey base.
Ingredients
• 1 lb. shrimp
• 1/4 yellow onion
• 3 stalks celery
• 1/2 bunch green onions
• 1 can tomato soup
• 1 cp Blue Plate mayo
• 1 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
• Creole seasoning
• 1 tsp hot sauce
• 1 tsp Worcestershire
• 2 packs unflavored gelatin
• 1/2 cp cold water
Directions
1. Peel, devein and clean shrimp. Boil for 3 minutes in seasoned water.
2. Add onion and celery to a food processor and mince finely. Add shrimp and coarse chop.
3. Add tomato soup and cream cheese to a pot and melt over medium heat. Once melted, season.
4. Mix gelatin and cold water. Add mixture to soup and whisk together until smooth.
5. Add in hot sauce and Worcestershire. Add in shrimp and onion mixture and combine well.
6. Add in thinly sliced green onion.
7. Remove from heat and mix in Blue Plate mayonnaise.
8. Spray a Jell-O mold with nonstick spray and ladle in mixture. Allow to cool before covering and placing in fridge overnight.
9. Remove from mold and serve with crackers.
