Easy Chiffon Cake Recipe Ingredients:
Cake Batter:
2 cups cake flour
7pcs egg yolks
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1tsp vanilla
1 cup room temp or lukewarm milk or water
1tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Meringue:
7pcs egg whites
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Bonjour à tous, aujourd’hui recettescooking.com vous présente la recette suivante : Angel cake
Voici la recette en détail :
Pour 6 personnes
TEMPS TOTAL : 100 min
Préparation : 25 min
Cuisson : 75 min
Ingrédients :
12 Blancs d’ oeufs
300 g Sucre glace
125 g Farine
65 g Maïzena
1 sachet Pralines roses
2 pincées Sel
1 cuil. à soupe Jus de citron
Etape 1 : Préchauffez le four à 150 °C.
Montez en neige les blancs d’oeufs avec le sel et le jus de citron.
Etape 2 : Incorporez en fouettant le sucre glace puis la farine, la Maïzena et quelques pralines roses.
Versez dans un grand moule à Angel Cake dont vous aurez tapissé le fond (pas les parois) de papier sulfurisé.
Etape 3 : Enfournez 1 h 15.
Laissez refroidir avant de démouler en prenant soin de passer une lame de couteau sur les parois du moule.

KETO ANGEL FOOD CAKE
1 1/2 cups liquid egg whites
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 cup DIY SWEET BLEND, powdered (
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup whey protein powder, unflavored (
1/4 cup psyllium husks, powdered (
1/2 cup oat fiber (
1 tsp vanilla
20 drops liquid stevia (
1. PREHEAT OVEN to 325F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, pour egg whites and sprinkle xanthan gum over the top. Using whisk, immersion blender whisk attachment, or electric beaters, whisk the eggs into a stiff meringue. Add vanilla and liquid stevia.
3. In separate bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients until they're well combined.
4. Gently fold egg whites into the dry mixture. Combine well, but be careful to not deflate your egg whites.
5. Scoop batter into the parchment lined pan. Smooth the top of the batter.
6. Bake at 325F for about 30 minutes. Check doneness. Allow to bake until top is golden brown and a toothpick tester comes out clean.
7 Allow to cool on cooling rack. Be sure to flip the cake over as it cools to help maintain its shape.
8. Enjoy!
