Ingredients:
1 pound of shrimp
1 cup of broccoli (thawed and chopped)
3 cups of dairy-free heavy cream
1/4 cup (approx) of nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon of butter
Cornstarch slurry (1 tablespoon of cornstarch + 2 tablespoons of cold water)
Garlic (minced)
Olive oil
Adobo Seasoning
Old Bay Seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Season the shrimp. Sauté until brown on both sides. Place to the side.
Boil pasta noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set to the side.
Sauté garlic with butter for about 30 seconds. Add heavy cream. Season to your taste. Let sauce simmer until thickened. I added a cornstarch slurry to thicken it, but it might not be needed if you’re adding cheese.
Add broccoli and shrimp to the sauce. Simmer until broccoli and shrimp are warm.
Mix the sauce and noodles. Serve with garlic bread and salad. Enjoy!

RICH AND CREAMY BOWTIE ALFREDO | Richard in the kitchen
In this video I show y'all how to make a rich and creamy bowtie alfredo pasta dish. Easy homemade alfredo sauce poured over al dente bowtie pasta.
Shopping List:
1 12 ounce box bowtie pasta
1/4 cup kosher salt (if using table salt use 1/2 that much)
1 tbsp. minced garlic
Directions:
Homemade alfredo sauce link to video and the ingredients.
Over medium low heat, add the butter to the skillet and allow to melt. Add the garlic and stir for 30 seconds. When the butter is melted, add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a low simmer. Add the cheese and toss and bring back to a low simmer. Turn off the heat. Add the parsley.
Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil THEN add the salt. Not before coming to a boil.
Add the bowtie pasta and stir 30-45 seconds to keep from sticking.
Cook the pasta 2 minutes less than pkg. directions for al dente texture.
When pasta is done, remove 1/4 cup of the cooking water and set aside.
Drain but don't rinse the pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, make the alfredo sauce according the video link I gave above.
After draining the pasta, add to the sauce along with the 1/4 cup of starchy pasta cooking water. This married the pasta to the sauce causing it to stick.
Stir and garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
