Parmesan Shrimp with Mediterranean Couscous - a meal from Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market
Try this quick shrimp dinner this Friday evening. Chef Cyndi teaches us her recipe for parmesan shrimp. She also prepares a side dish of fresh&easy Mediterranean Couscous and pours a glass of fresh&easy I heart CA Sauvignon Blanc to complement this meal.
Chef Cyndi teaches us how to peel and devein shrimp to begin. Next, melt butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic & saute for 30 seconds. Then add shrimp. Cook on both sides until just beginning to turn pink, about 90 seconds per side. Add Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper and a few TBSP fresh&easy I heart CA Sauvignon Blanc to deglaze the pan - cook for about 60 sec. Next, add the juice of 1/2 fresh lemon - catching any seeds w/ your hand. Add parmesan & fresh parsley to taste & remove from heat.
