BLUEBERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
For one portion
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup thick yogurt
1½ tablespoons honey
1 cup milk
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped mixed nuts (pistachios and almonds)
1 teaspoon basil seeds (sabza), soaked
Method
1. Blend together yogurt, blueberries, honey, milk and mixed nuts into a smooth mixture.
2. Put basil seeds in a tall serving glass, pour the smoothie and serve.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups almond milk
1 1/2 cups blueberries, separated
2 cups oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the almond milk and 1 cup of blueberries into a blender and blend until well combined.
Mix all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl, pour in blueberry almond mixture. Stir until well combined. Pour into Ziploc bag pouches, and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. Enjoy!
