At a Twin Cities press event, Smashburger founder Tom Ryan teaches the group how to make their signature Smashburger's.
Hamburguesa de Black Angus ESPECTACULAR
Ingredientes:
200 gr carne picada de Black Angus (Para cada hamburguesa)
1 tomate
panceta adobada
Pan de hamburguesa
Queso cheddar
1 cebolleta
Salsa de mostaza
Picamos y pochamos la cebolla, añadimos un poco de vinagre de Módena y lo dejamos hasta que quede la cebolla suave.
Tostamos el pan de hamburguesa por dentro, freímos la panceta, hasta que este crujiente.
Y ahora le toca a la hamburguesa, sartén bien caliente, un poco de aceite, y dejaremos la hamburguesa 2´por cada parte.
Montamos la hamburguesa, untamos con un poco de mostaza, carne, queso, rodaja de tomate, cebolla, y panceta, ya la tenemos.
Esta impresionante , seguro que con una te quedas con ganas de mas, es un placer poder disfrutar de esta carne.

RECEPTAS:
1 mėsainių bandelė
2 BLACK ANGUS BURGER jautienos paplotėliai (125 g)
2 lydyto čederio sūrio riekelės
3 valg. š. TEXAS CLUB Cherry & Cola BBQ padažo-marinato
3 riekelės pomidoro
1 arb. š. majonezo
1 marinuotas agurkas
1 raudonojo svogūno keli griežinėliai
Sauja rukolos lapų
Susipjaustykite pomidorą, svogūną ir marinuotą agurką griežinėliais ir atsidėkite į šalį.
Pasiruoškite visus kitus mėsainio komponentus taip, kad jie būtų šalia ir galėtumėte greitai jį suformuoti.
Įkaitinkite kepsninę iki 200°C ir ant tiesioginės kaitros kepkite jautienos paplotėlius po 3 min. kiekvieną pusę. Verčiame tik vieną kartą praėjus 3 min., verčiant anksčiau, mėsa gali būti prilipusi prie grotelių.
Apvertus paplotėlį, ant apkepusios pusės dedame čederio sūrį ir kepame likusias 3 min.
Išimam paplotėlius iš kepsninės ir trumpai pašildome bandelę.
Formuojame mėsainį tokia tvarka: bandelė, majonezas, rukolos lapai, marinuotas agurkas, svogūnas, paplotėlis, antras paplotėlis, BBQ padažas-marinatas, pomidoras, bandelė.

Double Black Angus Beef Burger
1 burger bun
2 pcs. BLACK ANGUS BURGER Patties (125 g)
2 slices of melted Cheddar cheese
3 spoons of TEXAS CLUB Cherry & Cola BBQ Sauce & Marinade
1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
1 pickle
1 sliced red onion
1 handful of rucola
Slice the tomato, onion and pickle and put them aside. Prepare all other burger ingredients and have them at hand so that you could make the burger quickly.
Preheat the grill to 200oC and grill each side of the beef patties for 3 min. Flip the patties over only once after the 3-minute mark. If you try flipping them over sooner than that, you may find the meat stuck to the grill.
While grilling the other side of the patties for another 3 minutes, place Cheddar cheese on the grilled side of the patties and let it melt.
Remove the patties from the grill and slightly heat up the bun.
Layer the burger as follows: the bottom part of the bun, mayonnaise, rucola, pickle, onion, the first beef patty, the second beef patty, BBQ sauce, tomato and the top part of the bun.

FLOUR MIXED WITH
SMOKED PAPRIKA - AMOUNT ,GO FOR IT

NEVER MIXED YOU DRY HAND (FOR THE FLOUR ) AND WET HANDS FOR THE EGG TOGETHER,
WHY BECAUSE IT WILL BE MORE MESSY THAN IF YOU DO NOT … THERE IS NO TRY ..JUST DO ..
HEAT THE PAN WITH LIGHT SUNFLOWER OIL NOT OLIVE OIL ..THAT WILL TURN YOU ONION RINGS TO THE DARK SIDE. PUT A LOT OIL IN TO THE PAN, ITS CALL DEEP FRYING . FOR A REASON.
PUT THE ONION RING INTO THE EGG THAN THE FLOUR THEN INTO THE DEEP FRYING OIL .. YOU KNOW HOW IT GOES .

ΥΛΙΚΑ:
Για τη σως:
1 κ.σ. μαγιονέζα
1 κ.γ. whole grain μουστάρδα (προαιρετικά)
1 κ.γ. μουστάρδα ντιζόν
Λίγο σριράτσα (προαιρετικά)
αλάτι&πιπέρι
Για το μπέργκερ
2 μπιφτέκια black angus
2 φέτες τυρί τσένταρ
2 φέτες καπνιστή provolone ή κάποιο καπνιστό τυρί
2 φέτες καπνιστό μπέικον
Για τις πατάτες
2 μεγάλες πατάτες κομμένες σε λωρίδες
6 φέτες καπνιστό μπέικον ψιλοκομμένο
1/2 κούπα τριμμένη γκούντα
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ:
Κόβουμε τα ψωμάκια στη μέση και τα βουτυρώνουμε. Τα φρυγανίζουμε ελαφρά στο τηγάνι.
Φτιάχνουμε τη σως, βάζουμε τα μπιφτέκια σε λαδόκολλα και ρίχνουμε αλάτι, πιπέρι & σκόρδο σκόνη.
Ψιλοκόβουμε το μπέικον για τις πατάτες και το τηγανίζουμε ενώ ταυτόχρονα ρίχνουμε τις πατάτες για τηγάνισμα.
Μόλις το μπέικον είναι έτοιμο το βάζουμε σε ένα πιάτο να κρυώσει. Τηγανίζουμε 2 ολόκληρες φέτες μπέικον και μετά
ρίχνουμε τα μπιφτέκια να ψηθούν. Μόλις ιδρώσει η ωμή πλευρά τα γυρνάμε και βάζουμε τα τυριά να λιώσουν.
Έπειτα στήνουμε τα μπέργκερ ως εξης:
Ψωμάκι, σως, μπιφτέκι, μπέικον & καπακώνουμε
Μόλις οι πατάτες είναι έτοιμες τις αλατίζουμε καλά και ρίχνουμε το μπέικον και τη γκούντα να λιώσει!

INGREDIENTS:
For the sauce:
1 tbsp mayo
1 tsp whole grain mustard (optional)
1 tsp dijon mustard
A little sriracha (optional)
Salt & pepper
For the burger
2 high quality brioche buns
2 black angus burger patties
2 slices of smoked provolone
2 slices of cheddar
2 slices of smoked bacon
For the fries
2 large potatoes cut as fries
6 slices smoked bacon finely chopped
1/2 cup of gouda
Cut the buns in half, butter them and sear them.
Make the sace, then put the patties on top of wax paper and add salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Then add the finey chopped bacon in the pan to get seared and in another pan the potatoes to fry.
Remove bacon from pan when ready and add 2 slices of bacon to get seared as well.
Add the burger patties in the pan and cook them until the raw side starts pooling with liquids. Then flip and add the cheeses.
Build as follows:
Bun, sauce, patty, bacon and then the lid
For the fries
Once ready salt them and then drop in the bacon and the gouda, Enjoy!
