Super Easy Cheese Dip
This is a low carb, keto friendly, gluten free cheese dip that's a great appetizer for parties, barbecues, or anytime you want a delicious snack.
Ingredients:
16 oz Cream Cheese (room temperature)
8 oz Tub of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (room temperature)
1 TBS Soy Sauce (if gluten free or Keto, use Bragg Liquid Aminos or any gluten free soy sauce)
1 TBS Cooking Sherry
How to make:
Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Serve with your favorite crackers, chips, pork rinds or veggies. Enjoy!

Quick, Delicious Breakfast. Meet the strata - wait, a what? What is a strata you ask? It's a cross between a quiche, a bread pudding and a baked french toast. Usually flavored with savory fillings but they can be filled with anything your heart desires. The great thing about a strata is that they can be made a day ahead - what's not to love about that? Just assemble, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. Enjoy this stress-free breakfast.
INGREDIENTS
6 ounces fresh spinach
5 eggs
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper
1/2 16 ounce sourdough boule, cubed 1″ pieces
1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
0:28 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high, add spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).
1:09 2. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a 1 quart greased baking dish, add half of the bread cubes. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese, half of the spinach and pour half of the egg mixture over the top. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
3:42 3. Place dish on a baking sheet and bake until tops are golden and the center springs back when lightly pressed, about 45 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil halfway through if top becomes too dark.
