6 Eggs 1 c Sugar 1 ts Anise 1 1/2 c Flour 1/2 c Candied cherries (chopped) 3/4 c Chopped nuts 1/2 c Butter or margarine 2 c Flour 4 ts Baking powder Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar and flavoring. Add the first amount of flour into the mixture. Add chopped nuts and cherries and softened butter. Last stir in flour and baking powder into cake. Make 3 long loaves on a buttered and floured cookie sheet using a wooden spoon. Indent slightly in the middle of each. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cut each loaf in 1/2 inch slices. Return to pan and toast on both sides of 475 degrees until brown (about 5 minutes). Watch closely so they don't burn. -----

Ingredientes
3 xícaras de farinha de trigo 1/2 xícara de pistache moído (sem sal) 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó 1/2 colher de chá de sal
2 ovos grandes 1 xícara de açúcar granulado 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga derretida (sem sal) 1/3 xícara de óleo vegetal 1 colher de chá de extrato de baunilha
Combine os ingredientes secos com os ingredientes molhados
1 xícara de pistache (sem sal)
(Reserve 1/3 xícara de farinha de trigo para a sua superfície de trabalho)
1 clara de ovo 1 colher de chá de água
Levar a forno a 350F por 25 minutos Corte as toras em biscotti e coloque de volta no forno por 8-10 minutos de cada lado

Hi guys! This twice-baked cookie is Italian tradition. You can't stop eating the deliciousness of sour sweet and baked almond flavor. The lightly sweet, crunchy, crispy and tasty one will become one of your favorite. Hope you enjoy!
Ingredients: about 40 cookies (about 1/8 thickness) bread loaf pan for the 1st bake 9.2×5.2× 2.7 in. by Wilton 3 Egg white A pinch of salt 2/3 cup Sugar powder 1 tsp Vanilla extract 3/4 cup All purpose flour (King Arthur all purpose) 2/3 cup Almonds (Kirkland from COSTCO) 3/4 cup Dried cranberries (365 Organic Cranberries sweetened from Whole Foods Market) Any oil for greasing the pan (I use olive oil.)
Crunchy and delicious with a slight citrus scent and almond pieces. Cantucci are famous Italian biscuits, specifically from Tuscany.
This is my recipe:
270 g all-purpose flour (1 cup + 3/4 cup) 140 g sugar (3/4 cup) 2 eggs 140 g almonds (1 cup) 40 g butter (3 tbsps) 1 tsp baking powder lemon zest
*For guaranteed results, it is strongly suggested to use grams as the unit of measurement.
