Recipe 1. Separate eggs. 2. In large bowl combine flour, salt, egg yolks, milk and butter. DON’T OVER MIX! 3. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Using a cold metal bowl works best. 4. Fold egg whites into batter. DON’T OVER MIX. 5. Apply to hot waffle iron. Follow the directions for your specific waffle iron.
