Beer Rye Bread
Beer Bread: 1 bottle 12, oz. of warm dark brown beer, ¼ cup bran, 2 cups rye flour, 1 tbsp yeast dissolved in ½ cup warm water, 1 tsp caraway seed powder, 1/8 cup caraway seeds, 1/8 cup sugar, 2 tbsp wheat gluten, 2 cups whole wheat white flour, enough Bread flour( 1 plus cups) to kneed…..let rise until double(covered) about an hour in warm place( 80 degrees)..punch down, let rise again covered in greased covered bean pot (about 20 minutes) or bread pans……..bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees

1 ½ tsp of dry active yeast
1 tsp salt
120 mls warm water
¾ pint of beer (pale or dark ale)
500g of wheat or plain flour
In a bowl add the yeast and 1 heaped table spoon of the flour, then mix with the water. Cover, then leave for 30 mins. After that, add the flour, salt and beer. Mix until dough like, cover and leave for 2 hours. After that mix again and place on baking tray, leave for 30 mins. Pre heat over to 220 oC, bake for 40 mins.

1 tblsp. olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tblsp. jalapeno chopped pepper slices
1 garlic clove, minced
3 cups flour
3 tblsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese
1 12-ounce lager beer
cooking spray
2 tblsp. melted butter
mix all ingredients except butter. spray loaf pan and pour in all ingredients except butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min. Spread butter over top and bake another 25 min. Wait until it cools to slice with a serrated knife. Enjoy!

Authentic Beer Bread Recipe of Gordon Ramsay | TheFoodXP
In the mood of some booze but want to include it in your daily meal? Try our Gordon Ramsay beer bread recipe! Super tasty and super soft, this bread will melt right in your mouth! Pair it up with the main course meal or a salad, it works with anything! This bread is so fluffy and it is bound to take your dinner fix to another level!
Gordon Ramsay beer bread requires only a handful of ingredients, all of which, when used, results in deliciously baked bread! Start by buttering your baking tin and sprinkling some flour in it.
Now add salt and self-rising flour. Mix them together and add beer to the bowl. Knead the whole mixture into a dough and add the dough into the baking tin in equal portions. Put the baking tin in the oven (preheat at 180C) for 30 minutes.
When it is done, bake the bread for another five minutes after brushing it with milk and self-rising flour. Your beer bread is now well baked and you can serve it however you like!
Ingredients Required For Gordon Ramsay Beer Bread-
- 1 ⅗ pounds Self-Raising Flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 2 ⅗ ounces Wholemeal Self-raising Flour
- Butter (for greasing)
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 8 ⅖ ounces Beer (or Larger)
- ½ tablespoon Flaked Sea Salt
Steps To Make Gordon Ramsay Beer Bread-
1. Grease the inside of a loaf tin with butter, dust some flour in the tin and shake off the excess flour from tin.
2. Add the flour to the mixing bowl and add salt. Mix them and add beer to the bowl. Mix them well until the mixture is free from lumps. This batter might appear too runny for the bread mix.
3. Pour the batter inside the tin until they're three-quarters full. Place these on a baking sheet and bake them for at least 30 minutes. Now, brush the top with milk and dust some flour on them. Bake again for 5 more minutes.
4. Remove them from the oven. Now, let the loaves cool and on a wire rack for some time after removing them from the tin.
