Beef Kofta Kebabs
Ingredients:
2 lbs Ground Beef
1/2 Onion (finely minced)
4 Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
1 Bunch Of Mint (finely minced)
1 Bunch Of Parsley (finely minced)
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1/2 tsp Ground Green Cardamom
1 tsp Sumac (optional)
Salt and Black Pepper
Accoutrements:
Pita or Flat Bread
Sliced Onion
Sliced Cucumber
Sliced Tomato
Shredded Lettuce
Lemon Wedges
Tzatziki Sauce Ingredients :
1 Cup Yogurt
1/2 Cup Cucumber (grated)
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1 Tbsp Mint (finely minced)
1-2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine all the tzatziki sauce ingredients and season with salt to taste. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.
In a large bowl combine the ground beef, all the dry spices, finely minced onion, garlic, mint, lemon juice, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper then mix until completely incorporated and slightly tacky.
Form a few ounces of the ground meat mixture into a oblong shape in your hand. Using a flat skewer, skewer the meat through the center and evenly spread the meat across the length of the skewer. (PRO-TIP: keep the meat cold, this will help the meat stick and stay on the skewer). Repeat with the rest of the kebabs. Place the kebabs on a sheet tray then place in the fridge to keep cold while you fire up the grill.
Next using a charcoal grill with a few wood chunks added for smoke, grill the kebabs suspended by a metal kebab holder (Check Amazon). Turn the kebobs every 30 seconds until cooked then remove from the grill. (You can also grill the kebabs directly on the grill just make sure the grill grate spacing is close together).
Serve the kofta with sliced tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, lemon wedges, lettuce, pita or flatbread, and the tzatziki sauce.
Enjoy!

The BEST Shaking Beef Recipe! (Bo Luc Lac)
Hello Hi! My name is Alissa and I'm the creator behind Gaming Foodie on Instagram, Tiktok and now Youtube.
Bo luc lac which translates to shaking beef is a recipe everyone has tries if they are new to Vietnamese cuisine. It's very easy to make and the ingredients are very accessible. Bo luc lac is pretty much steak and onions with an Asian infused flavor.
You can find this dish at many Vietnamese dishes but you will rarely ever see me ordering this at a restaurant because 1) it's expensive at restaurants and 2) it's SO easy to make that you can make it your self. My recipe is THE BEST recipe out there, I haven't met a single person who did not like my recipe.
When making this dish, I recommend using a fairly good cut of beef like ribeye or filet mignon. I'd stay clear of cuts that aren't marbled. Cut your beef into 1 inch cubes and marinate over night for best results!
For this version, I serve it with noodles but you can also serve it with rice. This it the recipe if you want to serve it with rice:

Beef Kebab with Garlic Sauce
Here is what you'll need!
Serving: 9 kebabs
INGREDIENTS
Kebab
2 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 tablespoon. garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
3 bell peppers (red, yellow and green), cut into 1 inch pieces
1 red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
Garlic sauce
1 cup garlic cloves, peeled
1 tsp salt
4 cups vegetable oil
1 lemon, juiced
PREPARATION
1. In a re-sealable freezer bag, add beef, garlic, coriander, cumin, paprika, white vinegar, and olive oil. Seal the bag and distribute seasonings. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
2. In a food processor, add garlic cloves and pulse until the garlic becomes finely minced.
3. Add salt and pulse until well incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl if you see the garlic building up on the sides.
4. Turn on the food processor and keep it on. In a thin stream pour 1/2 cup of oil followed by 1/2 tsp of lemon juice. Keep alternating until you have used all of the oil and lemon juice. The garlic sauce should become light, fluffy and creamy.
5. Store garlic sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week!
6. Preheat the grill on high.
7. To assemble the kebabs, spray skewers with non-stick cooking spray and alternate threading beef, onions and bell peppers onto the skewer.
8. Cook 5-7 minutes on each side.
9. Serve kebabs with garlic sauce, salad, rice, hummus, and pita bread.
10: Enjoy!

Yield: 7–8 servings
Prep Time: 1 hour
Cooking Time: 40-50 minutes
Difficulty Level: Moderate
You'll Need:
For the seasoned steak roll:
- 3 lbs beef rump roast or chuck roast
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the filling:
- 4 red bell peppers
- 4 slices of cheese, cut in half
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 4 soft-boiled eggs
- salt & pepper to taste
Extra:
- cooking twine
- wooden skewers
Here's How:
1. Cut the beef rump roast in half lengthwise and unfold it onto a clean work surface. Cover the large piece of beef with plastic wrap and beat it with a meat tenderizer until it's thin and even.
2. For the marinade, remove the rosemary and thyme leaves from their stems, and add the herbs to a mortar along with the garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Use a pestle to grind everything into a smooth paste and spread the marinade over the surface of the tenderized beef.
3. Cut the tops and bottoms off of the red bell peppers, remove the cores, and cut each pepper in half horizontally.
4. Cover all 8 of the bell pepper strips with half a slice of cheese and a large scoop of mashed potatoes. Place a soft-boiled egg on 4 of the bell pepper sections and top with the eggless bell pepper sections (there should only be 1 egg in the center of each full pepper). Position the stuffed bell peppers horizontally on the lower section of the marinated beef.
5. Roll the entire thing up into a snug log and secure the meat in place with some cooking twine.
6. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Heat some olive oil in a large roasting pan and sear the beef roll on each side for about 3-4 minutes. Season the meat with salt and pepper while it's cooking.
7. Remove the stuffed steak roll from the roasting pan, transfer it to a baking tray topped with a roasting rack, and stick wooden skewers all the way through the meat at even intervals. Transfer the baking tray to the oven and bake at 325°F for 25–35 minutes.
8. Remove the stuffed steak roll from the oven, remove the cooking twine, and cut the roll into even slices, making sure each piece has a wooden skewer in it. Pair these delicious stuffed steak roll pops with your favorite dipping sauce!
These single-serving meat pops make for a great appetizer or full course dish that will be a hit at any party or family dinner. Skewered, seasoned steak stuffed with mashed potatoes, soft-boiled eggs, and bell peppers – now that's a whole new way to stuff your food!
