Ingredients 1 pound green beans 3 tablespoon sunflower oil 3 oz cashews 1 each garlic, clove, chopped 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
Directions: Slice beans. Boil them in lightly salted water until they are just tender. Drain them. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put in the cashew nuts & stir until they are golden brown. Remove from the skillet. Increase the heat. Put in the beans & garlic. Stir until the garlic begins to brown. Mix in the nuts & thyme & remove the pan from the heat.

Ingredients: vegetable oil 6 garlic cloves scallions celery bell pepper 100g (3.5oz) cashew 400g (14.1oz) pork tomato sauce cummin chilli powder pepper garam masala honey soy sauce coconut milk anise Recipe: Put a pan on the stove on medium heat, add some oil, minced garlic, chopped scalion, celery, bell pepper, cashews and the pork. Add cummin, garam masala, chiili powder, pepper, honey, soy sauce, coconut milk, anise stars, tomato sauce and thyme, and simmer for 40 minutes. Add water if needed. Good. appetite!
