chopped Slice beans. Boil them in lightly salted water until they are just tender. Drain them. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put in the cashew nuts & stir until they are golden brown. Remove from the skillet. Increase the heat. Put in the beans & garlic. Stir until the garlic begins to brown. Mix in the nuts & thyme & remove the pan from the heat.

150 grams Regal Unsalted Cashews soaked for three hours and drained 150 grams Regal Almonds soaked for three hours and drained 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp smoked paprika 3 eggs 2 cups cooked quinoa 1 small apple chopped 1 small red onion chopped 1 1/2 cups carrot diced 3 tablespoon crushed garlic 1 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1 tin black beans 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 tsp oregano 2 tsp fresh thyme
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degree F 1. In a food processor grind nuts to a coarse grind, and set aside. 2. Drain black beans. 3. In a bowl combine the grind nuts, drained black beans and all other listed ingredients, combine until the entire mixture is moist and fully incorporated. 4. Place in a loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes depending on the size loaf pan you use, until golden brown. 5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, top with feta cheese. 6. Ingredients: vegetable oil 6 garlic cloves scallions celery bell pepper 100g (3.5oz) cashew 400g (14.1oz) pork tomato sauce cummin chilli powder pepper garam masala honey soy sauce coconut milk anise Recipe: Put a pan on the stove on medium heat, add some oil, minced garlic, chopped scalion, celery, bell pepper, cashews and the pork. Add cummin, garam masala, chiili powder, pepper, honey, soy sauce, coconut milk, anise stars, tomato sauce and thyme, and simmer for 40 minutes. Add water if needed. Good. appetite!
