How To make Bean Curd with Pineapple
1 lb Bean curd
1 lg Can of pineapple chunks
1 ts Cornflour
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Dry sherry
Oil 1 ea Green onion, chopped
1 c Bean sprouts
Cut drained bean curd into small cubes. Drain syrup from the pineapple, retaining 1 tb of it. Dissolve cornflour in this. Stir in sherry & soy sauce. Add bean curd & let stand for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a wok & stir fry the marinated bean curd till the liquid has been absorbed. Remove & drain. Add a little more oil & stir-fry the green onion, bean sprouts & pineapple for 1 minute. 鳳梨豆腐乳 Pineapple fermented Tofu
鳳梨豆腐乳
食材:
1. 豆腐 700g
2. 鳳梨 500g
3. 糖 500g
4. 海鹽 50g
5. 30度以上米酒 30 cc
步驟
1. 豆腐切2到3公分立方
2. 豆腐放容器內, 上壓重物, 冷藏2天
3. 放室外曬乾至少一天
4. 鳳梨切小塊加糖冷藏3小時
5. 一層鳳梨,一層豆腐放入容器
6. 加入米酒蓋過鳳梨和豆腐
7. 放陰涼處發酵3個月以上

Pineapple fermented Tofu
Ingredient:
1. Tofu 700g
2. Pineapple 500g
3. Sugar 500g
4. Sea Salt 50g
5. Rice wine [ 30% Alc ] 30 ml
Steps:
1. Cut tofu into 2 to 3 cm cubes
2. Put tofu in a container, put heavy plates on it, refrigerate 2 days
3. Expose to sunlight at least one day
4. Cut pineapple into small pieces, add sugar and refrigerate 3 hours
5. Put a layer of pineapple and a layer of tofu into the container
6. Add rice wine to cover pineapple and tofu
7. Put it in a cool place to ferment 3 months

Recipe:
570g tofu
4 tbsp corn or potato starch
5 tbsp teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 vinegar
1 tbsp cooking wine or mirin (optional)
4 tbsp water
1 scallion
1 green chili pepper
1 red chili pepper
1 small-sized onion
1 medium-sized carrot
2 garlic cloves
sesame seeds
1) Start by chopping the vegetables and cutting garlic into thin slices.
2) Pat dry tofu with a paper towel and cut them into small cubes.
3) Transfer the tofu cubes into a container and add starch. Close the lid and shake well.
4) Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the tofu cubes until golden brown. Set them aside.
5) Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, mirin, and water.
6) Stir-fry garlic and scallion first until fragrant. Add in the vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
7) Add in the sauce and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil, turn off the heat and put the tofu cubes into the frying pan. Mix well.
8) Serve with rice and enjoy ❤️

Easy and delicious Korean Braised Tofu recipe (Dubu Jorim 두부조림)
this is one of those tofu dishes I make almost on a weekly basis. These are simply pan-fried pieces of tofu cooked down in a savoury, somewhat spicy (gochugaru is a bright red but is actually not as spicy as it looks), and slightly sweet. ◡̈
