How To make Cabbage Cooked with Bean Curd
3 lg Shiitake mushrooms
2 ea Cakes medium tofu
1 lb Cabbage, sliced
3 tb Oil
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Mirin sauce
Soak mushrooms in 3/4 c hot water for 1/2 hour. Put tofu onto a paper towel & leave to drain for 30 minutes. Remove mushrooms from water, reserve liquid. Cut off & discard stems. Slice caps into 1/4" wide strips. Heat oil in an 8" skillet. When hot, put in cabbage & mushrooms. Stir & fry for 1 minute, till cabbage wilts. Reduce heat to medium. Crumble tofu & it to the skillet. Add salt, soy sauce & mirin. Stir & fry for another 5 minutes.

1/2 tsp of pepper:
1/2 tsp of sesame oil:
2 tbsp of mushroom sauce:
2 tbsp of light soy sauce:
2 cup of water
1 tbsp of tapioca flour:

「豆腐燴白菜」這道家常料理
也是常出現在我們家飯桌上的一道菜
非常經典、原汁原味
豆腐白菜一口吃
再搖一勺湯汁淋飯上
簡直就是巨好吃!
我等不及了,你們看了就知道!

????需要準備的材料/Ingredients????
????雞蛋豆腐 1盒/ Tofu 1 box
????白菜 250克/ Napa cabbage 250g
????醬油 1.5大匙/ Soy sauce 1.5T
????蠔油 2大匙/ Oyster sauce 2T
????鹽巴 1(⅛小匙)/ Salt 1(⅛t)
????胡椒 1(⅛小匙)/ Pepper(⅛t)
????蒜頭 25克/ Garlic 25g
????辣椒 10克/ Chili pepper 10g
????蔥花 15克/ Green onion15g
????蛋 2顆/ Egg 2pcs
????蝦米 15克/ Dried shrimp 15g
????水 300毫升/ Water 300ml
⚠️簡單哥小提醒⚠️
1大匙 = 1湯匙 = 15ml
1小匙 = 1茶匙 = 5ml
1T(bsp)=15ml
1t(sp)=5ml
????備料????
①蒜頭切去蒂頭,拍扁後切成碎狀備用
②蔥段切成蔥花備用
③辣椒切圈備用
④將白菜去梗,切段備用
⑤將豆腐切成片狀
⑥將雞蛋打散
????開始簡單製作????
①熱鍋下油,下豆腐、蛋,兩面煎至金黃瀝起備用
②原鍋下油,下蔥白、蒜、蝦米炒香
③炒香後下白菜、醬油、蠔油、水、鹽巴、白胡椒調味
④再將雞蛋豆腐下鍋燉煮
⑤滾後轉小火再繼續滾7分鐘
⑥最後撒上辣椒、蔥綠點綴,即可起鍋
????preparation????
①cut off the garlic glans , smack the garlic firstly ,then mash the garlic into pieces
②chop green onion
③chop chilli pepper
④remove the cabbage stems firstly , then cut into pieces
⑤slice the tofu
⑥stirring eggs
????cooking????
①Preheating the pot then add oil, add tofu and eggs , pan fry it until it golden for two side , then put aside
②Add oil in the same pot , stir-fry scallion stalk , garlic and dried shrimp
③Then add napa cabbage, soy sauce , oyster sauce, water , salt and pepper
④Add tofu to simmer
⑤The water came to boil , turn low heat then simmer for 7mins
⑥use chili pepper and green onion to embellish , then you can turn of the heat
