125g or 1 packet of brown shimeji mushrooms:
1 tbsp of crispy fried shallots:
1 tbsp of onion oil:
1 tbsp of mushroom sauce, can be substituted with oyster sauce:
1/4 tsp of pepper:
1/4 tsp of sesame oil:
1/2 tbsp of light soy sauce:

1 tsp of tapioca flour:

Bean Curd Puff Stuffed with Minced Fish and Wintermelon Recipe

Ingridients:
bean curd puff
winter melon
dried Shiitake Mushroom
parsley
spring onion
Asian carp minced fish
dried shrimp
tangerine peel
dried hibis (dried small shrimp)
In marinating the Minced fish used chop parsley and spring onion, chop dried Shiitake mushrooms which is I soak in water for 3 hours, tangerine peel soak in water for 10 minutes scrap the white side before chopping, dried shrimp chop
Add ½tbsp. fish sauce, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, right amount of white pepper,cooking oil and cooking wine.
Mix the properly.

Fennskitchen - Steam Thousand Layer Beancurd With Minced Pork and Thai Basil
In this video, am going to show you how to cut and cook this Thousand Layer Beancurd With Minced Pork and Thai Basil. This is a delicious dish which my kids enjoy. The Beancurd was cut to resemble like a thousand layer and it was so silky smooth, absolutely appetizing when added with Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Light Soy Sauce. The Minced Pork and Thai Basil has a little bit of spiciness as I've added Chili Padi, but of course, you can omit the chili. You may also cook this Thousand Layer Beancurd and top with other types of ingredients too eg. vegetarian capsicum with mushrooms or other types of meat.

RECIPE
Ingredients
1 block of soft beancurd / Japanese silken tofu
1 tbs Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbs light soy sauce
150g minced pork
3 cloves minced garlic
1 Chilli padi (add per your spicy level)
1 stalk of Thai basil
Sauce for pork
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs light soy sauce
1 tbs dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
50ml water
Pepper
Garnish
Spring onions
Parsley
Steps:
Steam Thousand Layer beancurd
1) Cut the tofu vertically in half and horizontally in another half so that you will get 4 of them.
2) Slice each portion of tofu thinly like a comb and place them onto a steaming plate.
3) Press them lightly to form a round shape and steam for 1 minute.
4) Remove once done and let it cool down a bit before pouring out the excess water.
5) Add in 1 tbs Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 1 tbs light soy sauce onto the tofu.
Minced Pork with Thai Basil
1) Heat up a tablespoon of oil and fry the minced garlic and chilli padi.
2) Add in minced pork and fry till half cooked. Add in sauce with water and fry till cooked.
3) Off the fire, add in Thai Basil leaves and mix them up.
Assemble both
1) Scoop the fried minced pork onto the steam tofu.
2) Garnish with spring onions and parsley.

8 ounces tofu firm
⅓ cup flour
⅓ cup white wine or vegetable broth
⅓ cup vegetable broth or water
1 handful parsley
salt and pepper to taste
