shredded 1 1/2 Tsps baking powder 1/2 Tsp salt 1/3 C skim milk :
at room temperature 1 egg white
whipped 1 Can garbanzo beans :
(15 1/2 oz) drained 1 Can kidney beans
(15 1/2 oz) 1 Can tomato sauce :
(8 oz) 1 C bell peppers
chopped 1/4 C onion :
chopped 2 Tsps chili powder 1 Pkg taco seasoning mix 2 Cloves garlic 1/2 C cheddar cheese -- shredded Preheat oven at 375. Prepare pie plate, 10 x 1" with cooking spray and flour. Mix flour, 1/2 cup cheese, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. Stir in milk and egg white until blended. Spread over bottom and up side of pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into pie plate; sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until edge is puffy and light brown. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

pre heat oven 200 degrees c 3 sheets puff pastry thawed 6 sausages cooked sliced thin 4 tops bacon or 2 full length bacon chopped brown onion or spring onion sliced 555g to 600g tin baked beans any flavour 1 cup any cheese grated handful chopped parsley 1 egg wisked seasame seeds on top optional i didnt have enough eggs at the time but when you have put the filling in before you put the top on crack 4 eggs on top filling then put the lid on omg heaven...lol bake for 40 mins or until golden brown you can freeze pie and cook from frozen pre heat oven 180 degrees c cook til you can smell it lol 40 mins approx dont forget to subscribe its free and it will help me to continue giving you awsome recipes. cheers mate and have yourself a great day :)

Welcome back to What’s For Tea. Today I made these amazing hand held pies…also known as a pasty :) These can be filled with almost anything but this time I’m using grated cheese, sausages and baked beans! This is an absolutely delicious filling…as it bakes and all melts together, WOW!! A must try :)

1 Sheet ready rolled shop bought puff pastry - I used Jus Roll Half a tin of baked beans in tomato sauce - I used Heinz 2 pork sausages - sliced - I used Heck pork sausages Handful of grated cheddar cheese A little milk or beaten egg to glaze the pastry

Man, what a day! Today I have made a Bean & Cheese pie. I had so much fun making and editing this video. I have also added some cool new editing tricks, so let me know what you think of them.
Recipe - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup milk 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 cup of chopped red bell peppers 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 teaspoons chile powder 2 teaspoons of fresh or 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano leaves 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder 1 can of kidney beans 1 can of tomato sauce 1/2 cup shredded cheese 1 can of garbanzo beans Heat oven to 375.
