1 sm Onion; chopped
1 tb Brown sugar
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Catsup
2 tb Dry mustard
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 lb Firm, whitefish fillets
- such as Red Snapper - or Halibut COMBINE ALL SAUCE INGREDIENTS in a pot, place over medium heat and boil until reduced to a thin syrup. Pour the syrup through a strainer, discard the cooked ingredients in the strainer and chill the syrup. Place fish steaks or fillets in a baking dish and spoon some syrup over. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cook the fish on a hot grill, basting with a teaspoon of barbecue syrup on each side. ~--

Foil Fish Fillet
Ingredients for fish:
2 Fish fillet
1 cup Olive oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 ½ tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Black pepper crushed
Salt to taste
1 tsp Basil (dry)
1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
2 pieces Lemon slices
Ingredients for lemon butter sauce:
3 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2 tbsp Butter
Salt to taste
Yellow food color (few drops)
1 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
Directions for fish:
In a bowl mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, dry basil and parsley.
Marinate fish fillet in the mixture for one hour at least.
Cover the marinated fish in foil; add lemon slices on top and oven bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
Directions for sauce:
In a pan add lemon juice, garlic and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Then add salt, butter, chopped parsley, mix well and your sauce is ready.
Serve with grilled fish and enjoy.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 1 hour

اب اس مچھلی کوفوائل پیپر میں رکھ کر اس پر لیموں کے سلائس رکھیں اور 375کے ٹمپریچر پر دس منٹ کے لئے بیک کر لیں۔
سوس بنانے کی ترکیب:
ایک پین میں لیموں کا رس اور لہسن ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر تین سے چار منٹ پکائیں۔
اب نمک، مکھن اور چوپڈ پارسلے ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں، سوس تیار ہے۔

-Fish boneless fillets ½ kg
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
Directions:
-In fish,add red chili crushed,carom seeds,salt,coriander seeds,red chili powder,black pepper crushed, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice,mix well & marinate for 1 hour.
-In grill pan,add butter and let it melt,add garlic and mix well.
-Add marinated fish and cook on low flame until done (3-4 minutes each side).
-Sprinkle chaat masala,lemon juice & serve.
