How To make Bar B Q Pork Burgers
1 pound lean ground pork shoulder
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated romano cheese -- optional
2 tablespoons Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce
1 teaspoon Head Country Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 hamburger buns
4 pineapple slices
sliced red onion sliced tomato lettuce leaves
Make a well in center of meat. Add bread crumbs, cheese, Bar-B-Q sauce, and seasonings. Shape into 4 patties. Grill patties and pineapple slices to desired doneness. Meat should not be pink in center. Serve on hamburger buns and garnish with pineapple slices, red onion, tomato, and lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.

Carolina BBQ Pork Burgers with Ole Ray's Kentucky Gold Bourbon BBQ Sauce | Gourmet Guru Grill
Today’s recipe is for Carolina BBQ Pork Burgers with cole slaw. This recipe is really easy to make and absolutely full of flavor. We’ll take 10 minutes and make the slaw, 5 minutes to prep the burgers and then get everything on the Gourmet Guru Grill to complete the cook.
The BBQ Sauce we are using today is Ole Ray’s Kentucky Gold Bourbon BBQ Sauce which is a Carolina style sauce. We will be using this BBQ Sauce on the burgers and in the Carolina cole slaw If you want to make your own Carolina sauce, there are links to recipes below.
Carolina Cole Slaw Ingredients
• 8 ounces shredded coleslaw mix
• 2 tablespoons Ole Rays’ Kentucky Gold Bourbon BBQ Sauce
• 2 tablespoon orange juice
• 2 tablespoons honey
• ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
• ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Pork Burger Ingredients
• 1.5 pounds lean ground pork
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 medium chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
• 6 hamburger buns, splitRecipe Procedure
• 4-6 teaspoons Ole Ray's Kentucky Gold Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Mix the honey and BBQ sauce from the slaw ingredients.
Put the coleslaw in a bowl. Add the honey/BBQ sauce mixture, orange juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place the ground pork in a bowl. Add the Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well and make the pork patties. The size to make is about 3 patties per 1.5 of pork.
Set up the grill for direct cooking and high heat. Grill one side of the pork patties, then flip and apply a thin layer of the Ole Ray’s BBQ Sauce. When you flip the patties a second time, apply another layer of the Ole Ray’s BBQ Sauce.
Build your Pork BBQ Burgers and add the slaw to the top of the burgers.

Pulled Pork Burger with BBQ Sauce | Stohos Foods
Pork is slow-cooked then pulled and layered with BBQ sauce, pickles and slaw in a soft brioche bun.
Ingredients
Pulled Pork by Stohos :
Brioche Bread by Stohos :
BBQ Sauce
Pickles
Onion
Cheese
Cabbage
Recipe
1. Defrost Pulled Pork and Brioche Bread.
2. Slice Brioche Bread and toast both halves of the bun, faced down for one minute.
3. Heat up oil. When hot, add Pulled Pork and layer with BBQ Sauce. Grill them for 4 minutes and add a slice of Cheese.
4. Place Brioche Bread on a plate, add Cabbage on the bottom slice, Pulled Pork with BBQ Sauce, onions and pickles.
5. On the top slice add the BBQ Sauce.
6. Close Brioche Bread and it's ready to be served.
7. Enjoy!

I've Been Making This Pulled Pork Sandwich For 17 Years Straight
Pulled pork complete with the best BBQ sauce ever on a fluffy toasted bun with American coleslaw, this is definitely a food recipe to remember.

Pulled pork recipe: for between 8-12 lbs of pork
Spice Rub:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
6 tbsp paprika
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp kosher salt (I used rosemary salt)
1 tbsp chipotle powder
1 tbsp ground mustard
1 tbsp pepper
Chipotle BBQ sauce:
1 large onion
1/3 cup malt vinegar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup water
2 cup ketchup
2 1/2 tbsp molasses
6 oz chipotle
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
pepper to taste
Coleslaw Dressing:
1 cup mayo
3 tbsp Apple cider vin
1 tsp celery seed
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
