6 tablespoons Plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Sugar substitute to equal 1 -- ts 1/2 cup Egg substitute
4 slices Reduced-calorie white bread
1 medium Banana -- sliced
1/4 cup Red.-cal. maple-flavored -- syrup
1. In small bowl, whisk together yogurt, vanilla, and sugar
substitute. Set aside. 2. Pour egg substitute into shallow bowl; dip bread in egg substitute, coating both sides and absorbing all liquid. 3. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; over medium heat, cook bread until browned on both sides. Remove to heated platter, cover, and keep warm. In same skillet, quickly cook banana slices until golden on each side. 4. Place 2 slices bread on each serving plate; top evenly with yogurt mixture, banana slices, and syrup. Each serving (2 slices) provides: 1/2 milk; 1 protein; 1 bread; 1/2 fruit; 25 optional calories. Per serving: 239 calories, 12 g protein, 2 g fat, 48 g carbohydrate, 150 mg calcium, 385 mg sodium, 1 mg cholesterol, 2 g dietary

This entire recipe is:
Purple and Blue : 2sp
Green: 4sp
Remember if you add the bacon, other ingredients or different bread account for the smart points!! Different products have varying points!!! So don't forget to check!!!
Ingredients:
1 medium to large ripe Banana
1 large or extra large egg ( 2sp on green plan)
1/2 cup of egg whites
1/4 cup of milk ( almond, skin, 1%)
2 or more Slices of Betty Bread Light or any low fat / low Carb bread option 2sp
Cinnamon
1tsp Vanilla
Pink Himalayan salt or any kind
Optional :
Add Butterball Turkey Bacon or any kind you enjoy
Add light cool whip
Add light whip cream
Add sugar free syrup or regular
Add peanut butter or jam
Add fruit
Add nuts or seeds
Directions:
In a small bowl mash your Banana ( chunky or Smooth its up to you)
Set aside
Spray a med to large skillet with cooking spray on a medium heat
In a medium bowl add your egg, egg whites, milk vanilla, cinnamon, salt and whisk well.
Add mashed banana and mix well
Dip bread on both sides of mixture then add to warm skillet
Repeat with second slice
Add the rest of the egg mixture in the skillet
Allow to cook before separating the egg from the bread
Once brown on one side add more spray then turn both Slices and egg mixture over!
Once cooked add to your plate and if you want slice more bananas on top of your French Toast!!!
Make your side order of bacon or other protein if desired and add to your delicious meal!!!
I love to add other fresh fruits too!
Tip... You can double, triple, etc.. This recipe for other family, friends or company!
Eat immediately or you can keep in your fridge or freezer. Reheat in toaster oven to get crispy again!!

バナナチーズフレンチトースト
2個分
材料:
食パン 2枚
バナナ 適量
スライスチーズ 適量
A牛乳 100ml
A卵 1個
A砂糖 大さじ1
バター 10g
粉糖 適量
メープルシロップ 適量
作り方:
① 食パンの耳を切り落とし、麺棒でのばす。
② ①にバナナとスライスチーズをのせて包む。
③ Aを混ぜて②をくぐらせ、フライパンにバターをひいて両面焼く。
④ ③に粉糖をふり、メープルシロップをかけたら、完成!

INGREDIENTS
2 slices bread
Bananas, as needed
Sliced cheese, as needed

100ml milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
10g butter
Powdered sugar, as needed
Maple syrup, as needed
PREPARATION
1. Cut the crust off bread. Roll out the bread.
2. Place the bananas and sliced cheese on (1) and seal.
3. Mix the milk, the egg, and sugar in a bowl. Dip (2) in it. Put some butter into a pan
and cook both sides of the egg dipped bread.
4. Dust the French toast with some powdered sugar. Serve with maple syrup.
5. Enjoy!
