How To make Baking Butter Graham Cracker Crust
1/3 c baking Butter, Mrs. Bateman's Butterlike(t
softened 1 1/2 tsp water :
warmed
11 1/2 lowfat graham crackers -- crumbed, fine, 2.5 c
3 tbsp sugar
1 dash baking soda
Soften Baking Butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and mix it with the warm water. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well until moistened. Divid the crumb mixture into 2, 9" vegetable sprayed pie pans and press evenly on the bottom and up the sides. I prefer not TOO thick a crust. Bake at 350 F. for 15 minutes. Cool. Fill with any kind of filling you like.
These would freeze well, tightly wrapped.

You’ll never buy a store-made graham cracker crust again, with this easy and delicious homemade Graham Cracker Crust recipe!

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, about 12 full sheets, crushed
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 Tablespoons butter, melted
???? Instructions ????
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl.
3. Pour crumb mixture into an 8 - 9.5 pie pan and press it firmly in the bottom of the pan and a little bit up the sides of the pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Recipe Variations:
No graham crackers? Substitute digestive biscuits, vanilla wafers, crushed gingersnaps, flavored wafer cookies, crushed cereal (chex or cornflakes), or crushed ice cream cones.
Sub the sugar: Substitute brown sugar or use honey, (recommend using a combination of honey and granulated sugar to help bind the crust).
Sub flavored graham crackers: Feel free to use your favorite flavor of graham crackers including chocolate or cinnamon.

A GREAT tasting cheesecake starts with your graham cracker crust. This simple crust recipe requires only 2 things: graham crackers and butter. The best thing is that you won't need an oven. In fact, you don't need a food processor. You can break down your graham crackers with a blender, or you can just beat them down in a plastic bag. I hope you enjoy this no-bake crust recipe with your cheesecake. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
150 grams of graham crackers
7 tablespoons butter
Chop your graham crackers in your food processor until it has the consistency of dry sand.
Add melted butter and process until it now has the consistency of wet sand.
Pour into a 9 inch springform pan.
Spread out graham crackers until you have a level base.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
