How To make Bachelor Chili
1 3 pound boneless venison, elk, moose or beef
chuck roast 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
2 medium onions
chopped
1 medium green pepper :
chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
4 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes :
undrained
1 cup water
12 ounces tomato paste
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cut meat into 1/4" pieces. In a 4 qt Dutch oven, brown meat in oil; remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. In the same pan, saut onions, green pepper, garlic and red pepper flakes until vegetables are tender. Return meat to pan. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3 hours or until the meat is tender.

Ingredients
1 pound ground sausage or beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can black beans
1 pinch chili powder
1 pinch garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the beef and onion and saute until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Add the stewed tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, and beans.
Season with the chili powder, garlic powder, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 25 minutes.

Ingredients for Simple Chicken Curry:
- Chicken- 1 kg
- Onion, rough chopped- 4 medium
- Ginger, crushed- 2 tsp
- Garlic, crushed- 2 tsp
- Tomatoes, roughly chopped- 3 medium
- Green chillies, thick chopped- 3 nos.
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1.5 tsp
- Readymade Chicken Masala- 1 tbsp (store bought)
- Salt- 1.5 tsp
- Refined Oil- 4-5 tbsp
Preparation:
- Clean & wash the chicken pieces and keep it to drain.
- Roughly chop the onions, tomatoes and green chillies.
- Peel and crush the ginger and garlic cloves.
Process:
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai and add the chopped onions.
- Fry on high heat for 10 mins till brown in colour.
- Add the crushed ginger and garlic and fry on medium heat for 2 mins.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and green chillies and fry on medium heat for 2 mins.
- Add the turmeric powder and mix & fry on medium heat for around 3 mins till tomatoes are soft.
- Now add the chicken pieces and fry on high heat for 2-3 mins till the chicken pieces are browned.
- Add the readymade chicken masala, red Chilli powder and salt, mix and bhunno on high heat for 5 mins. Continue to fry on medium heat for another 5 mins.
- Now add 200 ml water and cook on low heat for around 20 mins till the chicken pieces are tender and oil separates.

Here is a simple recipe using of Chili Gopi.????
All we need:
For Cauli Flower marination and fry
Cauli flower 250g
Maida - 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
For gravy????
Onion - 1 large
Tomato seedless - 2 teaspoons
Capsicum - 1/4
Ginger - 1 teaspoon paste
Garlic - 1 teaspoon paste
Spring onions - 3 teaspoons
Coriander leaves - handful
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Kashmiri chili powder - 2 teaspoons
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
Sweetless Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoons
Soya sauce - 1 to 2 teaspoons
Chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt accordingly
Water - 1/2 cup
A teaspoon of Corn flour mixed in 1/4 cup of water
Butter - 1 teaspoon or 1 cube
Oil accordingly
