There's banana and then there's THE banana bread. This recipe makes the most chewy and moist bread that it's almost like cake. Turn this bread into a dessert by simply adding toppings such as vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, candied walnuts and a pinch of sea salt!

1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
