The essential ingredients in carbonara are -- egg yolks, parmesan cheese, cream and bacon -- which many of us always have in the refrigerator. The additional meat and vegetable we used can be interchanged with anything you want, so get creative. [Microwave Recipe]: Sausage & Asparagus Pasta
[Ingredients] - for 1 person
- Water x 500ml
- Spaghetti x 100g
- Asparagus x 2 spares
- Sausage x 2 pieces
- Olive Oil x 1 tbsp
- Chicken Stock x 1/2 tsp
- Salt & Pepper x 1 tsp each

- 水 x 500ml
- スパゲッティ x 100g
- アスパラガス x 2本
- ソーセージ x 2本

Pasta, Italian Sausage, Organic chicken fillets and Asparagus
Cooking After Gym Workout. The little piece of plastic was actually rubber, lol! Each italian sausage was cut in four.
Sausage and Asparagus in Tomato Sauce
*Ingredients*
asparagus, butter, garlic, parsley, pepper, rosemary, salt, sausage, thyme, tomato sauce, vegetable oil
*Recipe*
Score the sausages.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the sausages for 6-8 minutes, turning them on all sides.
Add the asparagus in the skillet.
Add the butter and melt it.
Coat the sausages and asparagus sticks with butter and vegetable oil mixture.
Crush the garlic and add it to the skillet.
Add the parsley, rosemary, and thyme, then season with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato sauce and mix. Cook the dish for another 4-5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Serve the sausages with rice.

400ml (13.5floz) - Thickened Cream (Heavy Cream, Whipping Cream)
120g (4.2oz) - Baby Spinach, Washed
60g (2.1oz) - Grana Padano Cheese, Freshly Grated
5g (0.2oz) - Flat Leaf Parsley or Basil, Roughly Chopped
