1 Pkg Pillsbury Moist Supreme Yellow Cake Mix
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs
1 Cup Apple -- Coarsely Shredded
1/2 Cup Raisins
2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1. Heat oven to 350*F. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine cake mix , cinnamon, nutmeg, sour cream and eggs; blend well. Stir in apple and raisins. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets. 2. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cool 5 minutes or until completely cooled. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.

1 1/4 cups coarsely chopped pecans (5oz / 142g)
3/4 cups granulated sugar (5.3oz / 150g)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (2 oz / 57g)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt
COOKIES:
2 sticks unsalted butter (8 oz/ 227g), cut into tablespoons
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (6.1oz / 173g)
2 teaspoons Diamond Crystal kosher salt (0.22 oz / 6g)
1 teaspoon baking soda (0.21 oz / 6g)
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats, not quick-cooking (7 oz / 200g)
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar (5.3 oz / 150g)
1/2 cup granulated sugar (3.5 oz / 100g)
2 large eggs (3.5 oz / 100g) cold from refrigerator
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 apples- grated
2 tbsps almond butter
1 cup oats
1/4 cup raisins
1.Whizz up the grated apple and almond butter together
2.Add oats and raisins- whizz again to make a sort of sticky batter
3.Drop spoonfuls onto baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
4.Bake 180cC (350F) for 15-20 mins until the underneath is a golden brown
5.Leave to cool on wire rack before devouring
With 1 egg, make 15 raisin cookies that melt in your mouth!

ingredients
Flour 125g(1cup)
1 egg
Powdered sugar 100g( 2/3 cup)
Butter 75 g
Raisins 50 g
Vanilla powder 1/4 teaspoon
Hints
- Butter must be at room temperature
- Place the pastry on the tray with a space so that it does not stick together during baking.
- After the pastry has cooled, remove it from the tray.
- If you want to leave cracks on the sweets, sprinkle powdered sugar on them before putting them in the oven.
- After 10 minutes, we look at the edges of the sweets. If they were golden, the sweets are ready and we take the tray out of the oven.

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe
