1 1/2 Stick margarine 1 1/2 c Sugar 3 Apples, chopped 3/4 c Nuts 2 Eggs 1 1/2 c Flour 3/4 ts Soda 3/4 ts Baking powder 3/4 ts Cinnamon Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon; mix well. Stir in apples and nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Randy Rigg

1.5 cup sweet potato (just 2 medium potatoes) 1/2 cup almond butter 1/4 cup cocoa 1/4 cup almond flour 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda salt chocolate chips!!
mix all ingredients together and bake in preheated oven at 350F in a lined baking pan (9x9) for 25 - 30 mins (I sprinkled some sea salt and more chocolate on top) - let it sit until cooled or just dig right in!
