Almond Horns / Almond Crescents / Mandelhörnchen ✪ MyGerman.Recipes
Almond Horns / Almond Crescents - I could describe them as Chocolate-Dipped Marzipan Almond Horns. They are pure bliss and even happen to be gluten-free! They are a macaroon variation, a little chewy, and very sweet.

TIP #1
If you don't have almonds without the skin on you can simply blanch almonds for 1 minute and the skins will easily peel off. Let them cool and dry before adding them into the dough.
TIP #2
Using salted butter balances out the sweetness and enhances the buttery flavour of the cookie. If you don't have any use unsalted butter and add in 1/4tsp salt.
