How To make Vegetable Stuffed Round Steak
1 1/2 pounds round steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium carrot
grated
2 small zucchini :
sliced thin
2 ounces cheddar cheese -- grated
2 cups prepared spaghetti sauce (Healthy Choice)
Pound round steak until very thin. Rub olive oil into steak. Sprinkle evenly with garlic salt and pepper. Layer carrots, zucchini, and cheese down the center of the steak lengthwise.
Roll up steak from the long side. Tie together with four pieces of string. Use a meat rack if you have one that will fit. Place meat in crockpot and cover with spaghetti sauce. Cover and cook on Low 7-9 hours (High 3-4 hours).

Easy Grilled Stuffed Flank Steak | A Stuffed Flank Steak Recipe | Grilled Flank Steak

1 Flank Steak
1 Diced Red Onion
1 Minced Whole Garlic
2c. Sharp Provolone Shredded
2c. Chopped Mushrooms
2c. Fresh Spinach
4T Montreal Steak Seasoning
Butchers Twine
~Saute red onion, mushrooms, garlic and spinach.
~Butterfly Flank Steak and season both sides with montreal steak seasoning.
~Place Shredded Sharp Provolone on butterflied Flank Steak
~Place Sauteed Veggies on top of Cheese.
~Roll and Tie Flank steak off.
~Place Stuffed Flank Steak over hot coals 3-5 minutes per side until fully seared.
~Once seared on all sides remove flank steak from hot coals and place on indirect heat for a cook time of 18 minutes. Depending on the wellness you like!
~Allow to rest 10 minutes before cutting and diggin in!!

Stuffed Round Steak | Slow Cooker
Easy Slow Cooker Stuffed Round Steak is a recipe that I have been making for many, many years. {Recipe Below} In fact, my brother-in-law came up with this recipe when I was in high school and I've been making it ever since. He made it in the oven but I prefer the slow cooker. The round steak becomes fork tender and the stuffing is super moist. Slow Cooker Stuffed Round Steak
2 lb round steak
1 box Stove top stuffing mix (double box)
butter, per box directions
water, per box directions
2 tablespoons oil
3 stalks celery, diced
1/2 small onion, diced
1 cup diced cooked turkey, optional
1/4 cup beef broth
Place the round steak between two sheets of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet, pound round steak until thin. Prepare stove top stuffing according to package directions. Remove cover and set aside to cool. Meanwhile, heat oil in small sauté pan. Add celery, onion and turkey if using, sauté until onion and celery are tender. About 10 minutes. Cool. Remove top sheet of plastic wrap. Spread stuffing on top of round steak, top with onion mixture. Carefully roll up round steak, tucking in sides if necessary. Secure with toothpicks or butchers twine. Carefully place in slow cooker. Pour beef broth over the top, season with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 6 hours.
