How To make Turkey Broccoli Casserole
2 10 oz pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c Coarsely diced cooked turkey
1 Cr. Mushroom Soup 10 1/2 oz.
1/2 c Skim milk
1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Preheat oven to 375 F. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Layer in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Spread turkey evenly on top. Combine soup with milk, mix until smooth and pour over turkey. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake for 30 min. Let stand 5 min. 1/6 recipe - 199 calories, 2 med-fat meat, 2 veg 20.3 gm protein, 9.1 gm

Nice, Cheesy, warm and definitely delicious. I did it my way minus eggs or flour also I used a different base which you will see. Keto Cooking: Broccoli Turkey Alfredo Casserole Recipe
Servings
4 people
2 cups of raw broccoli
3 pounds of ground turkey meat 20 percent fat and 80 percent lean (use 1 1/2 pounds for this dish)
3 teaspoons of sea salt
3 teaspoons of black pepper
1 jar of Alfredo sauce
In a large pot, add water, broccoli, and sea salt. Allow the broccoli to cook for 8 minutes. Drain the broccoli and add ice to the broccoli to stop the cooking process. In a large skillet cook the ground turkey for 30 minutes. Drain off the fat from the turkey meat. Add the brocoli to the pan. Pour the alfredo sauce over the broccoli. Add a little water to the alfredo sauce jar. Pour over the Alfredo Broccoli casserole.

Broccoli Casserole
1 pkg Broccoli prepared
1/2 cup mayo
1 onion chopped
1 egg
1 stick of butter melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix 1st 7 ingredients together and pour in prepared pan. Top with crushed Ritz and bake for 1 hour.
