Bruschetta gehört zu den italienischen Antipasti. Das ursprüngliche „Arme-Leute-Essen“ stammt aus Mittel- und Süditalien. Frisch geröstetes Brot, wie etwa Pane Pugliese (mit harter Kruste), wird noch warm mit einer halbierten Knoblauchzehe eingerieben und anschließend mit Olivenöl beträufelt, nach Belieben gepfeffert und gesalzen und sofort verzehrt.

Zutaten :
6 Tomaten
Basilikumblätter
Oregano
5 Knoblauchzehen
1 EL Balsamico-Essig
2 EL Olivenöl
1 / 2 TL Meersalz
1 / 4 TL schwarzer Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Goldbraun geröstete Weißbrotscheiben mit Olivenöl beträufeln eventuell mit Basilikum, Oregano bzw.
Tomatenwürfeln variieren.

Если не хочется долго готовить, но захотелось перекусить, то брускетта с помидорами идеально подойдет для такого случая. Это очень вкусная и легкая в приготовлении еда.
Брускетта с помидорами является традиционным центрально-итальянским блюдом, хотя аналоги есть и в других странах.
В Италии эта закуска подается в начале приема пищи для поднятия аппетита.
Для этого нам понадобится:
Багет
Чеснок - 3 зубчика + 1 для растирания хлеба
Моцарелла - 1 шт( 150 гр, можно и тёртый сыр моцарелла)
Помидоры черри - 500 гр
Оливковое масло (можно и обычное) - 5/6 столовые ложки
Соль, перец по вкусу
Зелень по желанию
В форму для запекания выкладываем томаты черри.
К ним добавляем растительное масло,чеснок ,соль, перец по вкусу.
Отправляем в разогретую духовку до 180/200 гр на 40 мин(всё зависит от мощности вашей духовке),готовые помидоры можно хранить в холодильнике до 10 дней.
Из данного количество можно использовать ни один раз.
Багет разделяем на две части,растираем чесноком и отправляем в разогретую духовку до 180 ^ до румяной корочки.
Пока багет горячий,выкладываем моцареллу и сверху сразу же готовые помидоры.
Посыпаем зеленью.
Подаём и наслаждаемся ????

In Italy, this appetizer is served at the beginning of a meal to increase appetite.
For this we need:
Baguette
Garlic - 3 cloves + 1 for crushing bread
Mozzarella - 1 piece (150 gr, you can also grated mozzarella cheese)
Cherry tomatoes - 500 gr
Olive oil (or regular) - 5/6 tablespoons
Salt, pepper to taste
Greens as desired
Place the cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
Add vegetable oil, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
We send it to a preheated oven to 180/200 gr for 40 minutes (it all depends on the power of your oven), ready-made tomatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
This amount can be used more than once.
We divide the baguette into two parts, rub it with garlic and send it to a preheated oven to 180 ^ until golden brown.
While the baguette is hot, lay out the mozzarella and immediately ready-made tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Serve and enjoy

Want to know how to make garlic confit at home? Follow this easy recipe and you'll get tender and super flavorful garlic confit. You can choose your favorite method to prepare homemade garlic confit; stovetop garlic confit or oven roasted garlic confit.

Ingredients:
8 Garlic heads
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Red chili flakes to taste
Thyme to taste
Other spices of your choice: red pepper flakes/oregano/rosemary/sage/coriander seeds
Directions:
1. Peel the garlic: this is the hardest part of the recipe; you can peel the garlic one by one or you can place garlic cloves in a large bowl/container and shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes. Some of the peel will come of, and some not, that's fine. Garlic cloves that do not peel can be peeled with your hands.
2. There are 2 ways to make garlic confit: in the oven and over the stovetop. Choose your favorite method and follow the instructions.
3. Stovetop garlic confit: place peeled garlic cloves in a small-medium saucepan. Cover with olive oil. Simmer over lowest heat for 30-45 minutes or until tender and light golden brown. Do to boil at any stage. In the last 5 minutes of simmering, add your favorite spices. I choose red chili flakes and thyme. Transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge.
4. Oven roasted garlic confit: place peeled garlic cloves in an oven safe dish. Cover with olive oil, add your favorite spices. Bake at 110C (230F) for about 1½ hours or until tender and light golden brown. Transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge.
5. Serving suggestions: spread truffle cream cheese on a toasted bread, spread 3 garlic cloves and season with spices.

Easy & Delicious Bruschetta Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes - sliced into half
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic - finely chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil-EVOO
1 tbsp dry basil
1 tbsp dry oregano
salt & crushed red pepper to taste
2 slices of hearty rye bread - toasted in oven then sliced in half
Method:
Mix all ingredients except bread toast in a bowl
Mix everything well with a spoon
Lay toasted bread on a serving dish. Top with tomato/herb mixture
