How To make Mushroom Mozzarella Bruschetta
1 cn Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Loaf Italian or French bread
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Clove garlic; minced OR
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/4 c Green onions; chopped
1/4 c Red peppers; chopped
1/4 ts Italian seasoning
2 c Mozzarella cheese; shredded
1 tb Parmesan cheese; grated
Heat broiler. Combine soup, garlic, Italian seasoning and parmesan until well blended; set aside. Cut bread into 1" slices and place on baking sheet. Brush bread with oil and toast lightly under broiler. Heat oven to 375F. Spread one tablespoon of soup mixture evently over each slice.
Sprinkle with green onions and red peppers; top with mozzarella. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Ingredients
* 12-18 white button mushrooms (12 large or 18 med-small)
* a drizzle of olive oil
For the filling:
* 200 grams cream cheese (approximately 7 oz)
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella
* 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 teaspoons freshly chopped flat leaf parsley
* 1/2 teaspoon dried or fresh oregano
* 1 teaspoons chopped fresh basil (or dried)
* 1/2 teaspoon fresh (or dried) thyme leaves
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* salt and pepper (to taste)
* 3 medium ripe tomatoes, finely chopped and drained
For the topping:
* 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
* some chopped parsley for garnish (if desired)
Instructions
* Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Wash and dry the mushrooms well, removing their stems and placing them top side down on a baking sheet that's been drizzled with olive oil.
* Add the cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese to a large bowl, along with the parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic, and salt and pepper, mixing well to combine.
* Add the chopped tomatoes (drain them first!!) stirring the mixture gently just until combined.
* Spoon the mixture into the mushrooms until they're fully stuffed.
* Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 18-20 minutes until the tops have browned slightly.
* Garnish with fresh parsley after baking and enjoy immediately.

When easy to cook recipe is in combo with deliciousness.
You make one starter and end up getting two variations of it, as epic as it sounds, it’s just 15 min job in all.
So this week I’m posting a recipe made using my pesto recipe.
Next week again an epic dish is going to drop using the same pesto that I created.
Go make yourself a batch of spinach pesto now!!! So you don’t miss out on all this deliciousness.
What you need
mushroom -1 cup ????. Chopped into quarters
Garlic ????- 4 no.s
Oil- 1 tbsp
Pesto ????- 1tbsp
Cheese slice -1 ????
What extra you need for Bruschetta❓
Pav or Bread ????
Butter ????to grill, 1/2 tsp per slice of bread
Mozzarella cheese ???? to drizzle on top

Mushroom Bruschetta - Flavors India
Time to make some mushroom bruschetta at your home!
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Butter
200 gms Mushrooms
Salt to taste
2 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
3/4 Cup Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Milk
Whole Wheat Bread Slices
Coriander Leaves
1. Start with your pan on high heat.
2. Add your oil in the hot pan and then add your crushed garlic to it.
3. After sautéing the garlic add thinly sliced mushrooms.
4. Add salt, pepper and chilli flakes to your mix.
5. Cover for 4-5 min or until the mushrooms are cooked and the water has evaporated.
6. Open the lid and add your milk and cheese to the pan, reduce the sauce to the desired consistency.
7. Add your chopped coriander to the cooked mixture and take it off the heat.
8. Preheat your oven to 180º celsius.
9. Take a few slices of whole wheat bread. Top with the Mushroom Preparation and some mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
10. Serve hot with your favourite dressing.

Mushroom Bruschetta | Meyer India | Cheesy garlic bruschetta
Mushroom bruschetta is the perfect appetizer. A loaf of crispy garlic bread with a creamy and cheesy mushroom filling, baked hot in the oven, is sure to delight anyone who tries it out. It makes a great side dish with pasta and also works amazing by itself with a dash of your favorite hot sauce. This recipe is perfect to spice up your bougie dinner party menu or make as comfort food for yourself.

????Ingredients to make mushroom bruschetta
Regular Button Mushrooms: 4 cups
Onion (minced) : 1
Garlic (minced) : 4-5
Oil : 1-2 tbsp
Butter : 1 tbsp
Milk : 1 ½ cups
Salt : to taste
Pepper : to taste
Chilli flakes : 1 tsp
Oregano : 1 tsp
Basil : 1 tsp
Mozzarella cheese : ½ cup, some extra to top
Garlic Bread : 1 loaf
????Instructions
????Begin by thinly slicing all your mushrooms, finely chopping the onions and garlic, and setting them aside in separate bowls.
????Heat a non-stick chef's pan over medium heat, add the oil and butter and melt it in the pan.
????First add the chopped onions to the pan and sweat for a minute, then add the minced garlic. Cook both of them till it becomes soft and translucent.
????In the onions add the sliced mushrooms and saute them on medium heat. season the mushrooms with some salt and pepper. Cook the mushrooms till they release their moisture and dry out.
????To the dried-out mushrooms add your milk and let it come to a boil. reduce the heat a little and cover them for 5-10 minutes or till the mixture is thick and fully reduced.
????Once reduced, add grated mozzarella cheese to the mixture and mix till it's smooth. Check the mixture for salt and pepper and add the dried herbs and chili flakes to it. Mix everything and set it aside in a bowl to cool.
???? Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Slice the loaf of bread into half-inch thick slices and lay them out on the tray.
????Put a heaped spoonful of the cooled-down mushroom filling on each slice and spread it out. Apply a thin layer of finely grated mozzarella cheese on top of the filling and bake it in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
????Take it out of the oven once the time is up, or once the cheese has melted and the bread is crispy and crunchy. Serve hot with some more herbs to sprinkle and your favorite hot sauce to drizzle.
